Information for golf players: The villa is located directly by the 7th and 8th hole of the former Golf and Country Club in Cape Coral. It is ideal for a perfect vacation. Momentarily the Golf course is closed because of financial problems, and as a matter of fact it cannot be used. There are 5 golf courses in the city and over 50 in the close vicinity.
Information for boat trips: The boat renting is possible even without a boat driving licence. The villa is located very close to the sea. We have very good contacts among the boat owners and we can let you ourselves boats with different sizes. For people who are not used to driving a boat or for families, the pontonboats with 115 PS are more suitable; they can be rented for 600 USD per week.
Climate: In the summer, the air temperature is 30 - 35 C°. The water temperature is 26 - 30 C°. In the spring, fall and winter, the air temperature is between 23 - 28 C°. The water temperature is minimum 20 C°. There are 330-350 sunny day a year. Florida’s climate is subtropical to tropical. Generally speaking, the climate of Florida is reliable. The change of the seasons can almost not be felt. You can go swimming the whole year long. In the Florida-winter, the water temperature in the Gulf of Mexico is never lower than 20 C°.
