There are doors which lead from the dining area onto a large shaded terrace which has comfortable chairs, this is a relaxing place to sit and enjoy a drink or a bite to eat whilst overlooking the pool area.
The garden is an ideal area for children to play safely as there is lawn area around the villa and the garden is totally enclosed behind a large iron sliding gate and fencing. There are conifer trees, shrubs and pretty plants. A beautifully well kept garden. The owners really take pride in their property.

Around the side of the property there are steps which lead up onto an unshaded roof terrace, there are spectacular views of the mountains of La Font and the countryside.
