Recharge your batteries amongst spectacular scenery away from the madding crowd. Totally renovated, comfortable, self contained first floor apartment in owners' home surrounded by spectacular scenery, vineyard and fruit trees. Ensuite Lounge with double bed/futon, with French doors to 50m2 of panoramic sun terrace where you can dine under the pergola or sunbathe/read on loungers, 2 large ensuite bedrooms,one with balcony, both having queen sized beds and single bed/couch available. There is a fully fitted kitchen and all towels /bed line will be provided. Guests are free to pick fruit for own use and a welcome pack of local produce will await you. If you would rather just have one room and let someone else take the strain of preparing breakfast this can be arranged also. Why not walk to private woodland where you can rest in tranquility before a delightful walk back. There are numerous local village restaurants, 3 within walking distance, a gourmet's dream.

Forget Tuscani, this is the real hidden jewel in the crown unspoiled by tourism. The cities of Turin,Alba, Asti and Chieri are all a short drive away where you can visit the Savoy royal palaces, the Moly museum of cinema, the Egyptian museum, the Turin shroud, together with the Truffle festival of Alba,music festival in Chieri. In the midst of the wine growing area there are local cantinas where you can sample the delicious wines of this region, --barbera, malvasia, friesa, nebiolo. There are numerous festivals during summer months where you can wine and dine under the stars with local residents and join in with the music and dancing. All the surrounding villages have a historic centre, some pedestrianized where you can wander at leisure soaking up the atmosphere. The religious sites of the Abbey of Vezzolano and Castelnuovo Don Bosco college are literally on the doorstep There are weekly and monthly markets selling locally produced fruit and vegetables and antiques.
