Launched July 2006! The Caribbean Island has 3,046 sqft/ 2,260 under central A/C plus 1,625 pool plus lanai area on a 10,000 sqft lot with tropical garden. Not a regular rental! We are going to use the house for vacation and retirement. It has southern exposure on a 100' saltwater waterway with Caribbean landscaping in the quite but central Golf-Club Area in SE Cape Coral. There are no long distances as to the SW. The living area is open style with kitchen/serving bar plus dining room-cathedral ceiling. It is allergy-friendly with ceramic tiled floors throughout. We offer those who need their notebooks W-LAN High-speed Internet at no additional cost. The highlight: stunning electrically heated 'disappearing edge' pool - approx. 15' x 30' and spa (electric heat). We offer 1,625 sqft screened pool area/sun decks -complete width as the house- incl. lanai (366 sqft). Private boat dock/sun deck has 200 sqft. You have access to the Gulf by boat in just 30 min – no lock, just 1 bridge 9.25 ft

  • Please compare the price and what you get for it! The complete width of the house behind is a terrace, plenty of space with an oversized pool with one if a kind screen window for a free view! As we (private owners) use the house, too, the equipment is excellent. Rates in US $/week 2 adults +2 kids 12: USD1350- USD1580 or EUR950 - EUR1150. Please find a detailed price list under the link to us all the way down on the right side where you can see virtual tours also. Minimum 2 weeks stay is required during Easter and Christmas. Maximum occupation: 6 adults plus 2 children. Rate includes: Bedding, hand-, shower- and beach towels, service for pool and garden, garbage collection, basic charge for TV and telephone, local calls, water, gas (grill), W-LAN high-speed Internet access, service of bilingual property manager (German and English). Cleaning charge: $130 up to 2 people, 3 people $150 to be paid to the property manager. Electricity: $25 per week is already included in the rental rate.
  • Minimum 2 weeks stay and seasonal price increase of 20 % is required during Easter and Christmas.
  • Boat: A Chapparal 25.3 ft. - 285 HP 5.7 l Volvo Penta can be rented from Cape Escape Boat Rental. The boat is insured. Ask for details.

There is no shuttle neccessary any more! From Miami International the ride is about 2:30 h and from Orlando International 3:20 h. Golf: Cape Coral is a Golfers' Paradise. The Cape Coral area offers some of the best golf in the area. You find top rated championship courses which provide players of all skill levels with a pleasurable and challenging round of golf and also more relaxed 'executive' courses.

We have rented houses and condos on the Gulf side of Florida for over 18 years and this property is by far our favorite. The house is very clean, well maintained, practically new. The heated pool was very nice.The neighborhood is very quiet, we seldom saw anybody else.We are returning this year and would recommend this property. David and Cheryl

Exactly what we were looking for

We spent four weeks in the house in November-December 2009. We had been looking for a comfortable and well functioning house in a peaceful neighborhood. This is exactly what we got.
The floorplan of the house is both practical and cosy. On top of that you have the south-facing lanai, which very soon became our actual living room.
We were also pleased to find out that the quality of the house was as advertised. We also appreciate the help and advice kindly given by the Property Manager.
We enjoyed our stay a lot! We can definitely recommend the house to those who are looking for a beautiful and comfortable house in a peaceful surrounding.

Perfect Holiday

We had the most relaxing holiday ever!! The villa was everything the description promised, clean, well equiped and set in a beautiful location. Although relaxing, there was still plenty of thigs to do. From the great beaches to the shopping to the great restauants, we had a fantastic time. If you want to see another side of Florida to the theme parks etc. then we would highly recomend Caribbean Island as a terrific base in a beautiful part of the state.Tom and Les, Liverpool

Ein Traum in Cape Coral....

Nach einem sehr netten Erst-Kontakt mit der Vermieterin entschlossen wir uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit, die Villa Caribbean Island über Silvester zu mieten. Die ganze Abwicklung der Formalitäten verlief schnell, angenehm und absolut seriös! Mit einem sehr guten Gefühl im Bauch flogen wir in die Staaten und waren beim Anblick des Hauses überwältigt und die Begeisterung wurde bei dem ersten Rundgang durch die Villa nur noch verstärkt.
Alles in einem top-gepflegten u. sauberen Zustand, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, es fehlt einem tatsächlich an gar nichts! Alles wurde von der sehr netten Dame (deutsche Sprache) von der Hausverwaltung erklärt und es blieben keine Fragen offen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mehr als genossen!
Ach ja...Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der nahen Umgebung (haben wir sehr genutzt)...Restaurants können wir hier leider nicht empfehlen, da wir immer selber gekocht haben, was wirklich ein Spaß in der sensationellen Küche war!

Fazit: Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen und wir würden dieses Objekt wirklich jedem empfehlen! Auf jeden Fall werden wir nochmals dort buchen.

Liebe Hausbesitzer,
es war auch beim zweiten mal in Ihrem Haus einfach nur wunderschoen.
Insbesondere der Pool und der Aussenbereich begeistern uns immer wieder. Das Haus ist auch nach wie vor in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Sehr empfehlenswert.
Auch die Betreuung von der Hausverwaltung vor Ort ist toll.
