A total of 27 apartments distributed across two buildings overlook a private pool and the beach. This type of property is rare as most developments in the area are large complexes catering for package holiday companies. The apartment is spacious, light and contemporary and fully equipped to a very high standard - ideal for a self-catering holiday.

The apartment is located on the top (third) floor, benefiting from superb views over the pool, beach, marina and out to the world heritage site, Nessebar. The size and privacy of the development, its beach front location, with no through road / passing traffic in front of the apartments provides a safer environment, ideal for families.

Saint Vlas forms part of the ‘Bulgarian Riviera’ and combines a traditional Bulgarian village with more recent apartment developments. The hillside resort has developed as a more upmarket and less crowded alternative to the mass tourism associated with nearby Sunny Beach.

There are many restaurants locally providing traditional Bulgarian food or catering for more western tastes.

The newly opened marina at Saint Vlas provides for a more stylish / exclusive night out.

Saint Vlas has several sandy beaches and the marina offers various local boat trips, boat hire and cruises, including trips to Sunny Beach and Nessebar.

The ancient town of Nessebar, a UNESCO world heritage site is 9 km from Saint Vlas. Other sites include Sozopol, the oldest Greek colony on the Black Sea coast and Varna a riviera town, and one of Bulgaria's most animated metropolis.

There are two Aqua Parks locally, one at Sunny Beach and one Nessebar with with free bus services.

Notes: Apartment cleaned once a week, more frequently if required. An extra bed, a cot and a high chair can be arranged free of charge if required. As this is a private development we have two of our own sun loungers located on the patio in front of the pool. Welcome pack on arrival.

What a lovely holiday!

We were met at the airport with a private taxi as arranged with the owners and taken straight to the apartment with some handy tips from the driver given along the way. The apartment is absolutly beautifully finished, large living/kitchen area, a wet room (brilliant shower) and a huge comfy double bed. It was perfectly clean with easy instructions for air con and washing machine etc. The beautiful beach is literally a stones throw away and the sea itself was wonderfully clean. The pool is not the largest but big enough to swim in and more than adequate to cool off in the heat! All around the apartments is kept spotlessly clean with the maintenance man on site to help should you have any problems (we didnt.) We were a couple and had a lovely time and I would also 100% reccomend it for families with small children as I think you would feel very safe.

St Vlas itself is small but has everything you need. A busy main street with all the souvineer shops and lots of restaurants. Prices are good - a meal out for two with two courses and drink was around £25.My only word of warning would be to avoid the salads and ice in the drinks as our english tummies didnt handle them too well!

Sunny Beach is a short taxi ride away (abour £7) or a bus trip (£1 for two people!). Sunny Beach is now a very very busy resort and I wouldnt reccomend it for children at all. Old Nessebar is well worth a visit for sightseeing as well as a more romantic dinner setting.

All in all though a wonderful holiday and I really hope to return again soon!

Excellent holiday, beautiful location

Thank you very much for an excellent holiday! The apartment is well equiped and very clean. You cannot beat its location, right on a fantastic beach. The pool was also well maintained and great to cool off in!
St Vlas is a lovely town, the main square just a short walk up the road. There are lots of good restaurants to choose from and planty of small shops.
The managment company were very good, transfers were aranged for us and the taxi driver was good at recommending places and was very reasonable. The welcome pack also gave great ideas on where to go and what to do.
Our first time in Bulgaria, we would definately return again, this is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday!

We have stayed in this apartment for two months (June-July 2009). It is a perfect place to stay either for a short or long period of time with a nice view of the sea and Nessebar.
The apartment is located only a step away from the beach, which is very convenient, especially if you stay with small kids. At the same time, the bloc of apartments has a private territory with a swimming pool, which is a good alternative for the beach.
The apartment is furbished with everything you may need during the stay and has all the amenities you need for a baby (microwave, washing machine etc). It is in a close vicinity to the center of the village where you can find lots of nice restaurants and shops. Also Sveti Vlas is close to Sunny Beach resort where you can find clubs, casinos, restaurants with live music and aqua-parks.
We highly recommend this apartment to those who would want to stay in a nice peaceful place that is located close to all amenities.

Great Location-one of the best in St Vlas

A lovely apartment in a great location, peaceful yet very close to the centre of Vlas and a short bus ride to Sunny Beach.
The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything needed for a holiday. The pool area and surroundings were spotless- being a private complex it was lovely to have designated loungers by the pool.
St Vlas is a lovely small town, there are a huge choice of bars and restaurants, plenty of shops and a beautiful beach.
We spent the first two weeks in August in this property and had a really relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Great beach holiday for adults and kids

Thanks very much for letting us stay in your apartment. We really enjoyed it.
The apartment is great with everything we could possibly need. We have kids, and it was great to have a really well equipped kitchen to make proper meals every now and then when we just fancied a night in.
The beach was fantastic. We particularly liked the fact that we could let the kids go down before us, with no roads to contend with.
We would definitely recommend it as a good base for a holiday. It's really close to St Vlas centre or Sunny Beach but still feels away from it all.
