Add to this our superbly designed 3000 sq. ft. of Living Space with 5 Bedrooms including 2 Masters (both ensuite), 5.5 luxury Bathrooms, 3 separate glass sliders to our Deck, Gas BBQ, 7 mbps Internet, secure Wi-Fi, superb Games Room, two stunning sitting rooms, TV's in every room, Home Cinema, our Balcony, PS2 and also from summer 2009 our brand new amazing Clubhouse with 2 Tennis Courts, Beach Volleyball court, and huge beautiful Communal Swimming Pool and Fitness Room. Our Villa is located only 10 minutes from Disney and only 25 minutes from Universal Studios. We are close to everything you need for the perfect vacation including Orlando's famous Shopping Malls such as Premium Outlets (20 minutes). For those guests who want to swim in the sea or visit the beaches we are only 60 minutes from Clearwater and 45 minutes from famous Cocoa Beach with it's great surfing! Regarding eating out, our immediate area is full of great Restaurants such as Outback, Chillies, Applebies, Carrabba's, Cracker Barrell etc. We are also located within 20 minutes of the Dinner Shows, Down town Disney and Kissimmee itself. For Golfers, the choice is endless with at least 10 stunning courses within 10 minutes of our Villa
