LOCATION, COMFORT AND CHARM - THE PERFECT COMBINATION

Ashland Cottage Rental Photos and Description

Just 3 level blocks from the downtown Ashland Plaza and Shakespeare festival. Comfortable, warm and charm describes this specially designed craftsman style cottage located in a beautiful historic district. Nestled in a private setting, this cottage is the perfect get away spot. Enjoy the views and quiet while lounging on the front porch or relaxing with your coffee on the patio while birds sing their morning song.

Cathedral ceilings, hard wood floors, a 32' HD flat screen TV with DVD player and comfortable couch and extra large chair with pillows and throws combine to make our living area open, airy and relaxing. Bring DVD's from home or rent them at our local video store. Hi-speed Internet service is also available.

This is a perfect place to relax with a book or a glass of local wine, the outdoor space is as comfortable and private as the indoors. Fully equipped kitchen includes stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and other appliances and utensils plus extra large washer and dryer. If you are not in the mood to cook, restaurants are steps away.

We believe that home is where the heart is...whether at home or on vacation. We've used VRBO on many occasions and have enjoyed the experience so much that we decided to share our cottage and our sweet community of Ashland with those who appreciate elegant charm and comfort at a great value. We've know what we've enjoyed during our stays and hope to have recreated this for you.

The Owner purchased this cottage in 2004

We built this cottage in 2004 as a labor of love. It sits on the same property with a home built in 1915 that is on the National Historic Registry. The cottage is built in the same style as the historic home.

Considered one of the best locations in town, the cottage is a 3 level block walk to where you want to be. The cottage was created with an eye for design and a great experience for our guests.
