This villa is situated in the exclusive private estate of Can Furnet, only a 5 minute drive away from Ibiza town. You are close enough to the action, but enough removed to enjoy the tranquillity of your private Villa. The Villa is fully air conditioned and also enjoys Satellite television with DVD player and Stereo system along with automatic gates to ensure your privacy and security. The interior of the Villa has been designed to an exceptional standard. The lounge area boasts ceiling to floor patio windows which open up onto the large terrace surrounding the house. The terrace is a perfect place to relax in the evening whilst watching Ibiza Town and the lights from a far. The swimming pool is magnificent and large, with landscaped gardens all around, a large efficient barbecue and outside dining area. Tucked away in a separate annexe below the swimming pool is a sauna and bathroom.

The nearest beach is Talamanca which a short distance away.
