Convenient, Cosy Town House 2 bedroom apartment, sleeps 4/5, A/c and heating, 200 meters from the sandy beaches and many restaurants and shops of Port of Soller. An ideal base for walkers, mountain trekkers, and rock climbers, beach lovers and wonderful walks through the nearby mountains are easily accessible. Many of the best rock-climbing sites are nearby and mountain walks and treks through the Traumontana Mountains start nearby. The townhouse apartment is conveniently located on a dead end street, opposite a small park and just 200 meters from the sea and beach with safe, sandy beaches, and water sports. The beach road is now closed to vehicles, therefore walking or dining in the many outdoor cafes and restaurants by the seaside is enjoyable. Boat excursions are available. A charming street car plies between the Port and town of Soller. Although a car is useful it is not at all necessary as a bus stop and the street car stops are just minut

Port de Soller is a popular tourist area that still retains the charm of the old port town. There is a beautiful new marina, beaches, beautiful walks and excellent restaurants. One of the nicest areas of Mallorca.

Convenient location, ideal for families, car not n: Just 2 minutes walk to the beach and shops. A car is not needed. Ideal accommodation for family with children. A children play park is situated just across the road from the front door. Children room can sleep 3 kids. Comfortable Master bedroom. Living-dining room with Flat screen TV, DVD, stereo. perfect vacation all amenities within walking distance, shops, bars, restaurants and of course lovely walks through the Tramontana mountains, walking trails, and hiking is just near by. Walkers and rock climbers have easy nearby access.

This is a perfect apartment for a family or a couple who prefer a convenient location, yet on a quiet side street just steps from a grocery store and 2 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. We did not need a car, which was a saving. The small park just across the road was wonderful for our children to play. At the entrance there is a small veranda, with table and chairs, where we could relax outdoors.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. the adjoining living-dining room has a nice flat-screen TV/DVD. Upstairs, we had a private master bedroom and bathroom, and the second bedroom, has beds for 3 persons. Our children enjoyed the big bunk beds..
The best part is the nearness to all the amenities, yet still in a peaceful environment with views.
We hope to return for our next vacation.
It was the convenient, and well equipped. Just minutes walk to restaurants, cafes, and of course the beach just 200 meters from the front door.
