A well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, island and breakfast nook is fully stocked. There is Italian marble flooring on the 1st floor, hardwood floors upstairs and Cathedral ceilings throughout. Beautiful Master bedroom suite, complete with automated shades and walk in marble shower and deluxe jacuzzi tub.

4 Star Luxury with everything to pamper you and make you so comfortable, you won't want to leave. This home offers a golf cart and 4 bicycles. The house is wired for music in the master bedroom, family room, kitchen and pool patio. WiFi, direct TV and DVD player provided for your convenience. Step out of the house onto the marble patio of your private pool with spectacular views, ceiling fans and a gas grill. A gas remote operated fireplace and pool table in the game room complete the luxury experience.

Historic Fernandina Beach is 12 minutes north of the Plantation where you can explore numerous collections of shops and wonderful restaurants. The island is a nature lover's paradise with the Amelia Island State Park on the south end of the island which in addition to great views offers horseback riding on the beach and riding tours along the shoreline. Fort Clinch State Park is located on the northern tip of the Island and features a six-mile hiking and biking trail under tree canopy, a half-mile pier and guided nature tours. Also available nearby, enjoy the nature center, chartered deep sea fishing or sailing, reserved trips to famous Cumberland Island, horseback riding and kayaking.

Excellent property.All aspects were as described. Interiors were first class. The home has huge volume. Pool area is excellent. One nice touch was the house was fully stocked with all those things you need but forget to bring. The owner clearly understands how to make the property very comfortable. Would highly recommed.

Amazing Retreat

We had a family gathering with family members coming from all over, even from Costa Rica....we had our own condo at the Plantation for 42 years so were very familiar with everything except staying in someone else's home. We loved this house and all of it's amenities. The kitchen is to die for, so if you enjoy cooking, don't worry about bringing any of your own spices, knives etc..they have it all. As for the master suite...well, it's a home all by itself!!! We loved having the pool table for all ages to enjoy, and the pool and patio are absolutely stunning...you would think you were in another country. This is a fantastic house and we would recommend it to anyone...the owners are truly gracious and very helpful in all respects....

The Perfect Getaway

My husband and I recently celebrated our 28th anniversary at this extraordinary house. The photos do not do the interior justice. We have rented many homes/condos and this was hands down the most impeccably maintained, immaculate property. The kitchen is a true chef's kitchen, fully stocked and equipped. The pool was magic, from early-morning bird watching to afternoon sunsets it was where we spent our time while not beach combing, swimming, enjoying the beautiful environs or golfing. We enjoyed the bikes provided by the owners, my husband loved having the golf cart to get him around and we both reveled in the comfort, fun and ease of this wonderful home. The owners have seen to every detail and were gracious and helpful in all ways.

We would recommend this rental home to anyone who seeks out and appreciates a truly extraordinary experience.

Great Rental and Kind Owner

House is large, comfortable, and well appointed. All the whistles and bells. House was fully stocked with extras for renters--coffee, spices, paper products etc. Happy/fun pool with a clear and long view of the golf course and lake/pond. Master bedroom and bath are huge/stunning. Kitchen is fabulous. The owner could not have been nicer. His communication was prompt and helpful, and he was very accommodating. The price was right. I don't know the owner from Adam and have never rented in the vacinity before. I give this place an unqualified, great endorsement.

Fabulous Vacation Rental

Our family spent 5 days at this property and had a wonderful time. The home was absolutely beautiful...the pictures simply did not do it justice. During the week we had one minor issue that the property owner immediately responded to. Exceptional service, exceptional experience, exceptional vacation!

Having the golf cart available also made our getting around the Plantation so much easier and a real treat (adventure) for the kids. The beach was lovely and just a short walk away from the house.
