I stayed at this property with my family last August and had an amazing holiday. THe house is better in real life than the pictures here. Its location is idealic and views are just breathtaking. We could even hear the waves at night. Nazare has lots to offer and is very reasonable. Great for seafood lovers!! Highly recommend - will go back.
This house was absolutely perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The view and location makes a excellent house spectacular. There was lots of room for 2 families and the many bathrooms made shower time much quicker. The pool was great for both children and adults alike and in early July we pretty much had it all to ourselves the whole time. The kitchen is very well equipped and there were plenty of towels. We used the path down to Nazare several times but it is much harder coming back up - but the little benches allowed us to catch our breath.
Nazare is a lovely town lots of little shops and a few good supermarkets. Although sea food is the main attraction there is always some alternatives on every menu. Sitio and Obidos are both interesting to visit and we spent a day at the Aqua Park in Sitio.
I have never written a review before but felt this was too good not to tell others about it. We will definitely be back.
My family and I stayed here for our Easter break and the house is excellent. The location is great and the views are spectacular. The house is very spacious - there was two families of us staying there with grandma and grandpa in tow and there was plenty of room for everyone. The complex is very private and quiet and the kids spent loads of time playing tennis - the swimming court is literally outside the front door. I would highly recommend this house it was a great find.
I have just come home from a 2 week stay at this property and was so impressed I had to leave a comment. The house is AMAZING! It was the best holiday home I have stayed in because by the time I was leaving it really did feel like a home from home. The kitchen has everything you could need utensil wise which was a must for me because I love to cook. There was a great entertainment system set up, a pool right at the front and a tennis court at the back. The rooms are very spacious and all of them have a balcony, plus there was plenty of towels, bedlinen etc.
I fell in love with the town straight away. There was very few tourists and the locals are so friendly. The town is known as a great place for seafood and it really does live up to its expectations plus its so cheap to eat out, the price of the drink is ridiculously cheap!
The pictures and description of the house don't do this place justice, the views are absolutely breathtaking, my friends were so overwhelmed by my praise about the stay that we've decided to go to the house on a group holiday in august :)
The ladies downtown did a great job offering apartments to tourists but we found our gem here on Homeaway. The house is great and everything mentioned in other descriptions is true . Walk to the beach is possible in 10 to 15 minutes only quite a climb and uphill on the way back. Great Portugese coffee, soup and diner. Friday market is a must do as well as visits to Fatima, Lisbon and Alcobaca.
We fell in love with Nazare and pastel de nata!

Nazare is an old fishing town and offers wonderful cuisine, stroll through the streets and discover many of the excellent restaurants and shops on offer. Stop off for a coffee at one of Portugal's famous patisserie. There is an excellent Modelo on the outskirts of town. There is also an excellent fresh market in the town which is opened 6 days a week and well worth a visit. Sitio is only 5 min drive from the house and this wonderful historic square has amazing views over Nazare. Horse riding, mountain biking, surfing an aqua park and bull fighting are all available locally. The house is an excellent base for touring the Silver Coast. The historic towns of Alcobaca, Batalha and Fatima, Sao Martinho do Porto are all driving distance as is the world heritage town of Obidos with its walled castle and cobbled streets (20 min). Sandy beach 5 minute drive/5-7 min walk via private pathway. For Golf Enthusiasts, Praia del Rey & Golden Eagle courses are approx 25 min drive.
Other Activities: Golf - Praia del Rey & Golden Eagle Courses 25 min drive
