SPACIOUS, FRONT LINE 2 BED 2 BATH APT WITH AMAZING SEA VIEWS & ROOF TOP TERRACE

This apartment is in a wonderful location, with fabulous views and excellent facilities. Penny has provided a real home from home feel with all you could need in terms of kitchen appliances, utensils, tv etc and was very helpful in answering our queries before we left. I would really recommend Fuseta as a holiday destination (shhh; don't tell anyone else) and this apartment.

This is the 3rd trip to Fuseta. What an amazing place. So Portuguese. Our appartment was a 5 minute walk into the square. The appartment and pool are 1st class. The view from the rooftop is beautiful. Will definately be back.

Thank you for taking the time to write this enthusiastic review and I agree that Fuseta is a really special place being so typically Portuguese as Portugal used to be 20 years ago with restaurant and bar prices to match!
It is really inexpensive to eat out here, even cheaper than eating in, and you will see many local people eating out in the evening in the picturesque Village Square where many of the restaurants BBQ the local catch or my favourite, chicken piri piri!
Two of you can have a 3 course meal with a carafe of the local wine for no more than €16 in total (not each).
The little bar, which is really pretty with the typical Portuguese colourful tiles on the outside which is across the quiet street from the apartment charges €1.50 for a really large glass of wine and beer is equally as cheap. This bar is really friendly and popular with the people of Fuseta and even has good sea views too from the terrace.
The view from the private Roof top terrace set above my Penthouse apartment accessed by a spiral staircase from the kitchen is breath taking. It has spectacular far reaching sea views to the beaches of the little islands out to sea with many boats chugging backwards and forth taking visitors over to Ilha Da Armona and Ilha Derserta and others.
Fuseta is an amazing hidden gem of a place which everyone falls in love with after visiting once.

The apartment is spacious, clean, fully equipped and has a roof terrasse with a view, second to none. We have rented it for 8 weeks in January, February and March, where the nights can be cold, but the heating in all rooms was perfect. We have friends coming to visit us, and the apartment is perfect for 2 couples. We played golf every other day, and there are plenty of good golf courses nearby. We appreciate the indoor parking area in the basement, so that we can leave our golf equipment in the car. The other days we have explored the wonderful Algarve area. Sometimes we take the car, combined with walking trips, or we go by bicycle along with the coast. When we get tired, we take the train back. The station is 2 minutes from the apartment. There are plenty of small shops in Fuzeta, and recently a rather big supermarket has been opened. Do not miss the local indoor market. On Saturdays there are plenty of stalls also outside selling fresh fruit and vegetables. The fishing village of Fuzeta is very charming and you can meet the local people on the town square and only very few tourists. We appreciate that very much. The owner of this apartment is very effecient and kind, and her agent, Christina, is very helpful. We have already booked the apartment for 8 weeks in 2013.

I had never heard of Fuseta before traveeling there this year for a week's break, although I have been to the Algarve before. I was delighted to find that Fuseta offers a more traditional experience of Portugal, while having ample restaurants and bars for our tatse. If you want to seep all day and club all night, this probably won't suit you (try Albufeira instead!).
The apartment is spacious and modern and the roof terrace is fabulous.
To get to the stunning beaches there is a ferry service for about one euro - it just takes 5 minutes to get you to the shore of the Atlantic and miles of beautiul sandy beaches.
The area has a lot to offer and being quite close to the Spanish border makes a trip to Spain quite do-able. We went to seville for the day, which I would recommend.
Prices in Fuseta were really quite cheap and eating out does not break the bank.
There are a couple of local supermarkets which will provide you with the basics, but food and wine was so reasonable at local restaurants we ate out every night.
As I said, this is a beautiful place, you have the sea and the estuary and the area is a nature reserve for all kinds of birds. It offers a tranquil get away and I hope to go again soon.
