    There are local Dolmus buses which are frequent & cheap, if longer distances are required, there are modern luxury coaches which leave Kalkan bus station on a regular service basis to all the major cities & towns.
    Taxis are available for daily excursions to all the historical & scenic sights such as Saklikent, Xynthos, Letoon, Kas & many more, all the popular beaches are within easy reach, taxis can also pick up at the villa if required.

Please note that the two upper bedrooms have a very large terrace to allow a uninterrupted view to Kalkan Bay & the Mediterranean sea together with the surrounding beautiful mountains & hills covered with olive groves.. Outdoor lighting is extensive, ideal for those balmy evening meals by the BBQ, please note that alfresco dining is available by the pool, there are many sun beds available together with parasols for your convenience & comfort. The swimming pool is very large with a safe shallow end for children, entry is provided by ceramic or stainless steel steps, there is also pool side shower facility. Please note the bedroom on the ground floor could be beneficial and convenient to the elderly, it has great views to the pool and the Mediterranean Sea.

Villa Alicia is extremely spacious offering a wonderful holiday experience within a private location, the surrounding olive hills & mountains add to the exclusive feel of the villa. Panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea & Kalkan bay will leave you spell bound, the surrounding gardens of the property give you a insight into the local flora that thrives around the area with vivid colours mixed with local fruit. Within the villa, there is a large marble spiral staircase with ornate wrought iron banisters which lead to two upper floors. The ground floor offers a large double bedroom looking onto the pool area, separate cloakroom offering toilet facilities, further on leads you into the large lounge area, this is open plan with a dining area & modern fitted kitchen. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms, balconies & views, there is also a large private terrace,the top floor leads you to the laundry room, 2 roof terraces offer spectacular sea views & are fully lit for evening use.
