In the heart of the Historic Centre, in the middle of Navellos street in front of 'las Cortes Valencianas' and near the Generalidad Palace, Plaza de la Virgen, the Cathedral and Torres de Serranos, Central Market, La Lonja. Wide, lihgted and safe pedestrian street. Surrounded by emblematic historical buildings.The apartment has been completely reformed in 2004 with marble staircase and original XIX century architectal elements, like the windows and the irons of the 4 balconies. The floors are form pink marble and the furniture is antique. Good communication by bus or tram at 50 metres which leads you to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, Malvarrosa beach and harbour. It is located close to the central train North Station. You can walk, and ride the bike along the River Turia for 8 km. It was transformed in lovely gardens and groves in the eighties.
