Paso Robles House Rental Photos and Description

Beruli Vineyards hosts dinner during 3 night stay (Feb 14-17)

This 3 bedroom and 3 bath home is overlooking 7 acres of Rhone variety grapes and gold painted rolling hills. Recent upgrades include painted interior, new carpet installed in the 3 bedrooms and tile floor throughout the rest of the home. The owners frequently stay there so they have spared no expense! All 3 king beds have 800 thread count sheets and pillowcases to add to your restful slumber. Our duvets are washed and pressed after each rental.

MASTER SUITE: This suite includes a sitting area that leads out on to a patio through glass double doors. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise or just take in the amazing vineyard views! The en bathroom features an extra large tub, walk in shower and double sinks. Luxury all the way!

ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS: Located on the other end of the home are two bedrooms. They are both spacious and have beautifully appointed bathrooms next door and down the hallway.

THE KITCHEN is a foodies dream located in the middle of the home. You have available a 6 burner gas range, 2 convection ovens and microwave. There are plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and even a sharp chopping knife!

CASUAL DINING AREA / FAMILY ROOM is open to the kitchen with plenty of vineyard views. Leather couches and a wood burning fireplace make this area comfortable and inviting.

FORMAL DINING ROOM features a circa 1850's French Walnut dining room set, appropriate for a vineyard dining experience.

LIVING ROOM is a music enthusiasts dream! There is an early 19th century Baby Grand piano tuned and ready to be played. This too is overlooking the vineyard!

LIBRARY: includes a variety of books and games. There is a computer to help you plan your daily itinerary or look up local restaurants with ease.

OUTDOOR DINING AND PATIOS: We've saved the best for last! Enjoy sunsets from the front patio and early morning sunrises from the back patio. Outdoor dining is set up on the back patio with a gas BBQ, comfortable seating and beautiful vineyard views.

About Stephanie Berger

David and Stephanie love to travel the world, as a matter of fact these two Californians met in Paris, France one April day in 2005. Over the years they've been taking weekend excursions to Paso and always dreamed of owning a home in this food and wine influenced town. Their dream came true! In May 2012 they opened up their new home to travelers, such as themselves, to enjoy!

Stephanie Berger purchased this house in 2012

Why Stephanie Berger chose Paso Robles

When they first drove on to the property, they fell in love with the structure of the vineyards and the wonderful views. The amazing oak trees near the house make music when the afternoon breezes arrive from Cambria by the sea. The amazing sunsets give you one last chance to enjoy yet another amazing view from the front patio as another perfect day closes.

Hated to leave!

  • of 5

Awesome house in every way, including all the amenities that were included! Being a group of foodies (a chef and wine maker in our group) it was very surprising that we ended up cancelling our dinner reservations Saturday AND Sunday because we so enjoyed having a leisurely dinner, cooking together, listening to our favorite tunes and enjoying the vineyard views, without having to leave this fabulous house! Didn't get a chance to use the pizza oven, but loved throwing our lobsters on the grill! My group enjoys the Paso Robles Zin Festival every year and I am now the super star for finding this dynamite house this year. Great place to go for a jog before breakfast too! This will definitely be our new "usual" place to stay!!

Thanks so much,

Marla

A Memorable Experience!

  • 5 of 5

Our group (3 couples) spent 4 days at this wonderful home. Everything you could want from an elegant home away from home was at your fingertips. The information provided in advance was very helpful to planning our stay and allowed us to enjoy the property to the fullest. The wood fired brick oven provided our group with an immense amount of enjoyment preparing and cooking pizza's during one evenings meal. Since out trip revolved around wine, the location and setting was ideal.

Loved it!

Our combined families thoroughly enjoyed our 4-day stay at this peaceful and lovely setting. We loved the pizza oven for an authentic Italian dinner (with wine!). Everything exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back again.

Would love to stay here again!

Fantastic hone in a beautiful setting. I couldn't have asked for a better setting to celebrate my birthday. This house has everything you could want. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with everything my foodie friends and I could ask for. We enjoyed spending our evenings in the piano room, listening to my friend play. The beds were super comfortable. I loved everything about this house and hope to stay again.

beautiful property

  • 5 of 5

First, let me point that we are experienced VRBOers and we were really impressed. This home is incredibly beautiful, immaculate and very well-maintained. The house has three big bedrooms, which was perfect for three couples. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We were particularly interested in trying out the pizza oven, and Stephanie directed us to a little market in Creston where we could order pizza dough and some "kits" of ingredients for several gourmet pizzas. Stephanie had arranged for wood in the pizza oven too. We had a great time making the pizzas, which were delicious. Stephanie's winery recommendations and telephonic walk-through on our arrival was also much appreciated.
