These Tennismaster Townhouse villas are 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 1 half bath. Conveniently located next to the Van Der Meer Tennis Center, Crowne Plaza Resort and the Shipyard Beach Club. All of these various activities are just a 7-minute walk away. On the first floor you’ll find the very comfortable living area with a sleeper sofa, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook with washer and dryer, master suite/bath and a half bath in the hall. All of these areas look towards the pool that is steps away. Off the living room is a screened porch fully furnished with access to the sundeck. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms. The queen bedroom with balcony has its own bath and overlooks the pool. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds, its own bath and also has a balcony.
