Exclusive and charming seaside property on Ingarö (Värmdö) in one of the most beautiful parts of Stockholm's archipelago, with exclusive standards, and only 30 minutes from the center of Stockholm (direct access by car, no need to take ferries from island to island). The property rental includes a mainhouse and a guesthouse, which are surrounded by a 5.000 sqm garden, facing south, with private beach, and is located in a selected neighbourhood. *THE MAINHOUSE (85 m2+15m2 veranda)- The kitchen enjoys the best facilities (Miele washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator). The bathroom was renovated following the traditional Swedish style, adding a copper sink and antique bathtub. *THE NEW GUEST HOUSE (march 2009, 45 m2) includes its own bathroom and kitchen.*THE BOAT: If you just enjoy rowing around (and fish), a boat with an electric engine (solar power charged) is included in the rental. *THE BIKES: two classic Kronan bikes are also available to go around.
