Experience the community known as 'Mother Nature's Hole in One'. Perfectly located in the heart of the Lowcounty, this private, gated community is just moments from the bridge onto Hilton Head Island, fabulous restaurants, shopping and activities.

Within Moss Creek you will find a wide range of world class amenities including: 36 holes of Fazio-designed golf, 7 fast-dry composition tennis courts, a marina, fishing, a waterfront resort style pool/fitness center complex, a fully equipped equestrian center and access to nature preserves and biking and leisure trails.

This beautiful home sits on a quite cul-de-sac and affords a phenomenal view of the golf course. You will relax the minute you walk through the front door into the living room decorated in warm, inviting colors and featuring overstuffed couches, a gas fireplace and a full entertainment system. The adjoining eat in kitchen has everything you need to prepare a morning cup of coffee or a gourmet meal. There is plenty of room for you and your friends with a table that seats 6 and more room to sit at the counter. Or, take the party outside to your private deck.

Ready to call it a day? A good night sleep awaits you in the plush master suite which also features a beautiful view. This room has a queen size bed, two closets and a large master bath including dual vanities, a soaking tub and shower.

Your guests will rest easy in the second bedroom which also has a queen size bed, TV and large closet. A full bathroom is located adjacent.

A separate den offers a quiet place to watch TV or catch up on your favorite book. The large couch also folds out to a bed.

A full sized, quiet operation washer and dryer are available in the spacious laundry room and you have access to plenty of off street parking - either in the large garage or in the driveway.

This property was well located to all nearby attractions, including Hilton Head Island, Savannah, Beauford and even Charleston. The house was comfortable, clean and well equiped with essential conveniences. The setting on the golf course is quiet and very picturesque. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and anyone looking for a rental in the area.

The house was roomy, bright, and lovely, right on the golf course. Kitchen well appointed and we definitely used the bikes to ride around Moss Creek which has bike trails all over to the marina, the pool, and to the nature preserve on Fording Island.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

The location of this property was wonderful. The photos in the ad are right on, very nicely furnished, and a well equipped kitchen. The property was clean and very well maintained. The owners are very quick to respond to any concerns. We enjoyed the deck, and the gas grill was perfect for grilling. I would recommend this property, and plan to return on my next visit to Hilton Head.
