1 bedroom apartment up to 6 people in the center of Manhattan near Empire State

This one bedroom/one bathroom apartment about 550 square feet is located on the second floor of a Townhouse located on 25th Street between Third Avenue and Second Avenue.

Entering in the apartment, you are directly in the air-conditioned main room. It has cream color painted walls and a brick wall, hard wood floor and one window providing light. This room is furnished with 2 microfiber beige full size sofa beds, a table with 6 chairs, a cable flat screen TV, internet and a phone.

The open kitchen is equipped with a sink, a stove, a refrigerator, oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a cookware, cupboards, coffee maker and dishes.

The air-conditioned Bedroom has a queen size bed, a night stand and a 3 large closets.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a shower, a toilet, washer/dryer and a mirror.

Transportation: 6 train on 23rd Street and Park Avenue. 2 Blocks from the apartment.

Neighbourhood: the area is known as Gramercy.

Convenient apartment in the Big Apple

This little apartment was perfect! Very clean (actually the smell of pine sol was a bit overwhelming at first), two blocks walk to the subway, close to a convenience store, bagel shop and some restaurants and bars. We were only two, but with two comfy pull-out couches and a queen bed, you could sleep six. There is very little street noise as this is a residential neighborhood. Owners were responsive to our requests and queries. We drove to New York and were able to find reasonable parking at 23rd and FDR (2 blocks away). We will keep this place in mind the next time we visit NYC

Great value, good location

We recently spent three nights in this apartment -- four adults, two small kids, and a baby. While the apartment is not big, it was plenty of room for us (we're all family). The apartment was clean and safe and conveniently located near the 4-5-6 subway and not too long of a walk to the lines on the west side. The apartment was quiet (not much street noise) except for the radiator pipes, but that's pretty normal. Our flight got in late at night but someone was waiting for us at the apartment to let us in and show us everything.

All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay in this apartmnet again.

Family trip to New York

Apartment is in a great location ideal for visiting all the tourist spots in New York. There is plenty of room even for a family of 5, including 3 boys! Few minutes walk to Subway line. Apartment was very clean and quiet. Close to a fantastic pizza restaurant and 2 Irish bars. Indian restaurant nearby looked good too but didn't try as London has the best Indians in the world!
I would recommend this apartment to anyone. We had a great stay in New York.

A nice apartment in a good area

This is a nice, but small apartment, with good facilities. We stayed here as a family of four (two children under 9), and it was just big enough. A larger group would struggle with the space unless they spent the whole time out of the building. All facilities were clean and servicable, the building good and very quiet for the area. A good experience.
