Walking distance to Yacht Club and Marriott hotel for a family friendly restaurant or the hotel sports bar for a little adult fun.

very clean place with excellent access to lake

My family had a great time. We enjoyed easy access to restaurants our first night and cooked in the kitchen the next. The place had everything we needed. We had our boat parked the dockmultiple nights with no incidents. We would love to go again.

Property listing needs updated; trailer parking is illegal in complex and on the street. The TVs do not receive any channels, one was broken and only one DVD player worked. Lacking in basic supplies, such as toilet paper, papertowls, salt/peper, trash bags, light bulbs and wash cloths. Make sure you bring supplies. Is pet friendly and on the water. Condo was clean.
Owner's Response: Condo is under new ownership as of 7/11/2012. Property listing has been updated to accurately describe the features and amenities included, especially where you can park your boat trailer. The condo has now been stocked with basic supplies including towels, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and other necessities.

Additionally, the following new items have been added/upgraded:
- linens/bedding
- blinds and draperies
- new bunk bed in loft
- new electric grill on patio
- additional cookware and kitchen utensils

Condo was older but clean and updated. Convenient for water activities (water skiing and fishing) We were able to dock boat and charge batteries at night from condo. Neighborhood was pet friendly and neighbors in complex were very friendly. Kitchen was equipped with very basic cooking supplies. Not stocked with basic baking supplies (salt, pepper, spices, trash bags, tin foil, zip lock bags...) so pack what u will need. Location was very convenient to town and we had a great time.
