This was a lovely family that wanted to know more about relocating to the Boston area. We provided local information about the North Shore of Boston. With young children, we wanted to make them feel at home so we had toysb by the youngsters. They were a delightful family and left our house immaculate.
Review #5608377 Waterfront stay in Marblehead
Myself and young family spent 9 wonderful days at this beautiful waterfront home. This home is an appealing mix of the old together witll all the modern appliances you could need. The condition was perfect and the owners more than friendly. In fact everyone in M'head seemed to be friendly, including the neighbours. Will definetly go back!!!

Peter and Penny Blaisdell have been Marblehead residence for over 40 years. Peter is a native Marbleheader and Penny grew up on Long Island sound. We have two grown children and after some great careers have decided to enjoy our sailboat and explore Maine when we rent our house during the summer and when we travel south during the winter.
We decided to purchase the house even before we saw the inside. The location is very special and it is very rare that houses in our neighborhood ever come on the market. All you have to do is walk down our lane and you feel you are on the coast of Maine. At low tide you can walk to Brown's Island which is an uninhabited island owned by the Trustees of Reservation. Our locations is truly priceless!
We have a beautifully restored antique that we understand dates back to the 1700s with two working fireplaces and charm throughout. Our house is filled with lovely antiques and is warm and cozy. We have a lovely garden out back that provides water views and even has an outdoor shower with nice hot water.
