This spectacular apartment Kouzalis court is exclusively for couples seeking relaxation. Located in a quite area, just 50 yards to the beach, there you will be able to enjoy for free all the facilities of 4 * Kouzalis hotel: its swimming pool, lounge chairs, Tennis, Gym, Sauna, Jacuzzi as well as hotel entertainment and activities (sorry no children allowed). The apartment is ample with a large Living room and a spacious balcony with nice sea view, furnished with a table and 5 chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one fully equipped kitchen including oven/ hub, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. The lounge/ dining room has 1 armchair and 2 comfortable sofa beds, the eat-in kitchen has 4 high chairs. Entertainment comprises of 20 inch TV, satellite channels, a DVD/MP3 and portable radio/tape/CD player, and free wireless broadband Internet access (slow laptop provided). Large bedroom with a double bed.

This beautiful apartment Kouzalis Court is situated just on the sea shore next to Kouzalis Hotel over a cute small beach cove with crystal waters. It is located in the Famagusta district between Kapparis and Pernera renowned for having the best beaches on the island offering golden sands and some of the best diving and water sports. With so much around, and just short drives away, Kouzalis court is the perfect base, with all you need: 3 restaurants, a Pub, 2 supermarket and bus stop within 50 meters of the apartment ( 2 bicycles available for GBP 1 a day/each ). Just 2 min away, Pernera a small town, with it's street's of fantastic restaurants and bars, Agia Triada, a lovely small beach, with a picturesque chapel. Protaras, just 5 min. away, with its bustling night-life, the beautiful sandy beach of Fig Tree Bay and pretty Profitis Elias Church with its stunning views. Ayia Napa is only a 5 - 10 min. drive with plenty of boutiques entertainments, restaurants and coffee shops.

    - Final cleaning and linen cleaning is not included in the price, the charge is GBP 35.00 for 2 persons unless you clean yourself upon our directions in this case you pay only for GBP 10 for the linen cleaning (extra person linen cleaning GBP 5).

    - We include in the cost of the holiday, a generous allowance for AC. The meter is read at the start & end of each holiday, we have only rarely charged an excess, we find that this is enough to give comfortable sleeping & relaxation, but stops guests leaving windows open with the AC running.
    - Local telephone available upon request.
  • -Terms for payment: half at the reservation and the rest + guarantee deposit, 8 weeks prior arrival date (we will send you the reimbursement schedule before booking).
    -Guarantee deposit for 2 persons GBP 120( 15 more per extra person), refundable within 15 days after departure.
    -Up to 25% discount for long term rates from 4 weeks to more than two months
    -10% discount if the holiday start date is less than 28 days away.
    -Rent it for more than 2 months during the winter and pay less.
  • - Minimum rental amount GBP 150.
    - Pets are totally forbidden, contract will be cancelled on the spot if any, with consequent loss of all moneys paid.
    - Kouzalis Hotel facilities open from May 1 to October 31.
    - 2 mountain Bicycles are available for rent at GBP 1.00 each per day.
    - Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
    - Changeover days can be flexible.

Apartment more spacious and relaxing with less on it - "less is more". Fantastic weather if too hot at times.
Have had a wonderfull holiday + you as always ( it's our second time ) have been an amable & conviable host.

Wonderfull holiday, great break from England and its cold wet weather at the moment.
Bernard was a great help with all our questions and the apartment was very comfortable and just what we needed for a relaxing time.
Good food at Faliros and lots of swimming in the sea at Ayia Thekla. " What else do you need ! ".
