Do you prefer chandeliers to spotlights? Old wood floors to carpet? Patina rather than a just built feel?...If so, our cozy studio in the heart of the central 2nd district might just be the place for you.

A pied-a-terre for two to share in this romantic and beautiful city. All the home comforts are here from free wifi to cable tv and modern wetroom with the main room offering a double sofa bed, sitting and dining area. There is a seperate equipped kitchen area and breakfast bar for those lazy croissant and coffee mornings. The studio is located on the second floor of a traditional 18th century Parisian block (It is worth mentioning that there is no elevator in the building). A minimum three night stay is required with payment via Paypal once a booking is confirmed.

Why Rhodri Owen chose 2nd Arrondissement Bourse

We wanted a small place which captured Paris in minature. It is within walking distance of most of the main sights in Paris but also on a one way street renowned for its female clothing and accessory shops thus avoiding being above a street of noisy bars and restaurants.

What makes this studio unique

You can walk here to almost anywhere in central Paris or take the metro from Stassbourg St-Denis (Line 4) some 200meters away.

The vicinity - known as Montorgueil - is the lively heart of Paris. Nearby Rue Montorgueil is a gem. An authentic market street laden with independent food producers, quirky bars and restaurants give a true buzzy Parisian feel. Ancient as well as modern this is an area for those who prefer to stay out rather than stay in!
