Holiday apartment located between Promenade des Anglais and Rue de France in residential complex of Palais de la Mediterranée, famous and historical site renown for its luxury, casino and 5-star hotel. This air conditioned apartment of 50sq.m is ideal for a holiday, R and R break, or a place to stay while attending the Cannes Film Festival or the Monte Carlo Gran Prix. Just across the street is the Promenade des Anglais boardwalk with its beach facilities both public and private, restaurants, benches for people watching, bicycling, roller skating or jogging. Rue de France is lined with boutiques, restaurants, bakeries, art galleries, coffee shops, and a post office. The apartment itself is totally furnished and equipped with everything you will need during your holiday. There is one bathroom with tub and sink and a separate toilet and sink. A comfortable sofa in the sitting room converts to a bed and the balcony off the sitting room is ideal for al fresco dining or people watching.

The historic Negresco Hotel and the famous Palais de la Mediterranée with its 5 star hotel, casino and restaurants, are within 3 blocks of one another on the Promenade des Anglais.
