2 month minimum: Spacious 2 Bedroom (King and California King beds) and 2 bath unit with Gulf View. Well decorated and furnished with a screened in lanai. Walk out to pool, Har-Tru tennis and Gulf. Amenities of this gated community also include round the clock security, a clubhouse, state-of-the art fitness center, 2 swimming pools and a kiddie pool with 2 heated spas, 3 Har-Tru tennis courts and a one-mile walking trail.

What a summer!

I spent three months living in this condo and it was an amazing experience! The ocean is visible from the porch, and the beach is a stone throw away. I spent many an hour at the beach and pool. The view and atmosphere is breathtaking and mesmerizing. The condo itself is elegant and classy. The owners were great to work with and were very accommodating. I would love to go back and would definitely recommend their condo for anyone looking for a wonderful seaside trip in the Sarasota area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
