Beautifully maintained 2 bedroom villa with stunning sea views. Large kitchen with open plan lounge sitting area and bathroom downstairs. Two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The villa has a wonderful array of light with wrap around balconies and both bedrooms having their own private balcony. Back of house and garden south facing, sun drenched all day long. Barbecue and large garden with seating area. Private parking. Satellite TV. Seven minute drive to beautiful and peaceful Calheta beach and marina with restaurants and bars. Forests, mountain tops and levada walks five minute drive from villa. 30 minute drive to Funchal along the coast and a 45 minute drive to airport from villa. Local bar and shop 50 metre walk from villa. This is a peaceful and beautiful setting.

The villa is located in the picturesque and quiet village of loreto with local amenities. Eight minute drive to the golden beach and marina at calheta with bars and restaurants and large supermarket. Twenty five minute drive to funchal with many bars, restaurants, beautiful board walks, botanical gardens and many more things to do and see. Ten minute drive to Ponto do Sol, beautiful fishing village and fifteen drive to Ribeira Brava with plenty of shops and restaurants. Forty five minute drive to airport along the Atlantic coast. Your chance to see the real Madeira with lush green valleys, peaceful forests, majestic mountains and peaks shrouded in clouds. Easyjet flies to Madeira on a regular basis direct from England and Lisbon for very cheap rates.
