We have a newly furnished home with an oversized screend in lanai which includes a large, deep water pool, oversized stainless steel BBQ grill, and (during the winter months) a hot tub! Our home has an awesome, wide open concept. Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Living Room. Dining Room. Master Bedroom with a king sized bed & private bath and dressing area. Guest Bedroom with a queen sized bed. Office with a double sized sleep sofa. Enjoy our beautifully landscaped yard with fig trees, mango tree and an orange tree. Private dock great to fish off of, watch for dolphins and view amazing sunrises and sunsets! Deep water canal, two minutes to the river, with direct Gulf access with no bridges. New boat dock and deck with a 10,000 lb boat lift. Front loading washer and dryer. One car garage. Great home for entertaining. Minutes to shopping, shelling, beaches and fine dining!
Hello. Thank you for taking the time to look at our home. If you are familiar with the area, you will know why we love it! Unfortunately, we will still be working for quite a while, and are unable to spend all of our time in our Florida home. We have been in Cape Coral for the past 4 years. There are many waterfront properties in Cape Coral. However, many of them are very far from the open water. Others to not have sailboat access. Some are very outdated. Our home is none of these!
Unlike most homes, we have a deep, heated, pool and a hot tub in our screened lanai. Our wide open living concept makes out home perfect for entertaining and more enjoyable all around! We have just installed a new, wrap around boat dock, with a lift, that will handle a 10,000 lb. boat.
What a fantastic vacation! We stayed @ Maureen & Bill's home for the month of March. Their home is waiting for you to enjoy. The open floor plan of the kitchen and family rooms was wonderful. They have everything you need for your stay, including bikes, fishing poles, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler. Their home is convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is situated in a very charming, quiet neighborhood. Great for walking your pet , as we did every day. We made extensive use of the lanai, pool and hot tub. Coffee in the morning, lunch, cocktails & dinner in the lanai taking in the canal and all the great views it offers was a daily treat. If you are a boater this home is an added bonus.
We rented this home for the month of January 2014. The location in Cape Coral is very conveniently located by the middle bridge with easy access to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
Even located so close to everything the neighborhood is very quiet.
The home is in great condition and it's easy to tell that the owners take very good care of their property. I also want to mention that the home is very well furnished with dishes, linens, comfortable furniture, bedding, etc.
We would definitely recommend and return to this home.
This is an excellent property! The kitchen and living areas have been updated and the owners(Bill and Maureen) have thought of everything. They really could not have been more friendly and helpful! The neighborhood is great and close to the gulf if you bring or rent a boat. The pool is larger than most in the area and our children loved it, as well as the hot tub. They have fishing poles and two brand new moutain bikes included. In addition there are beach chairs, towels and a cooler. My son and I fished every day off of the dock and we biked every morning. We also liked how close it was to Sanibel Island! You can't go wrong here!
We are just finishing up our 4 weeks here, and have already decided to return next year. The location is centrally located to any necessity you might require. The home has been recently undated, and is spacious, with an open floor plan that makes for a very enjoyable stay. It is extremely well appointed and the kitchen has about anything you could need.
The dock is new and great for enjoying an evening drink and relaxing.
It has a new boat lift if you are thinking of bringing or renting a boat. It has easy access to the Gulf. The beaches are about 30 min. away, and they offer great sunsets.
The owners, Bill and Maureen, have been very helpful in making sure our stay was trouble free and extremely enjoyable. They have a local contact person available if you have any questions or problems.
There are many golf courses in the area for those who like to chase the little white ball. Magnolia Landing is the best local course for the money.
Many reviews I have read from other properties seem to enhance their experiences beyond what is actually believable, but in this case I have to
aqueous, and say that our stay here was everything we had hoped for and even more. We leave in a couple of days with deep regrets of leaving, but with great anticipation of returning in 335 more days. (Not that we are counting)
The owners have thought of every convenience within the house. The home was clean and well cared for. The kitchen had new appliances and a ton of serving dishes and was completely stocked. You can definitely entertain in this house. All of the furnishings were new and the house was decorated beautifully.
It is in a perfect location to get right out to the river, by a short boat ride. The boat dock is top notch, it is brand new! The hot tub and pool were a hit with our girls and they enjoyed swimming in December. There is great outdoor seating and a grill.
Maureen, the owner was easy to work with and she checked in with us to make sure we were all set. Bernard, with the rental company was fabulous, he stopped by to show us how to work the hot tub and pool and was available if we needed him (which we didn't). Everyone was incredibly friendly.
We had a great time in this rental house and we will be back!!
