The detached cottage is positioned within a courtyard setting immediately adjacent to Tollymore Forest Park. The Living Room overlooks the Forest Park, the Mountains of Mourne and beyond to the Irish Sea. The development, within which the house is situated, is built on the site of what was formerly the ancestral home of the Earls of Roden. The property is three miles from the popular seaside town of Newcastle.

There is an up to date information pack providing details of a full range of Tourist Attractions.

The cottage's location is idea for a wide variety of Things to Do. A selection of activities on offer include: Golf at Royal County Down Golf Club, Mountain and Forest Walks, Fishing, Horse Riding and Pony Trekking, Beaches and Cycling.
