This renovated apartment on the 2nd floor of a low-rise building, is approximately 1200 sq ft comes with a washer and dryer, a dish washer, and is furnished with new furniture. There are 2 beds, one on each side, and each side has a small living area with a flat screen TV.

Located in the East Harlem, the area is known as a rapidly up and coming neighbourhood. You will be pleasantly surprised at how convenient and how nice the area really is. The area offers exceptional convenience to midtowns Manhattan, cheap but GREAT food, and TREMENDOUS bang for your buck. Price includes all utilities, linens and towels, cable and high speed Internet. There are tons of restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood and it is walking distance to Central Park North, The Conservatory Gardens, the Apollo Theatre, and the Jazz Museum in Harlem. We suggest you try Ricardo’s steak house on the same block as well as the some of the fantastic small mum and pop Spanish kitchens for some authentic Spanish food. Subways are located about 2-3 blocks away and it is a quick 5-10 minute subway ride to Grand Central.

  • Parties greater than 4 will be charged $25/per night per person in excess of 4 people. Late check-ins and Sunday check-ins shall be subject to a $100 surcharge
