Fantastic apt with wonderful views. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave. The tiwn bedroom has an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed to enable 4 to sleep, there is a TV receiving Sky channels with DVD, & radio.Air con & heating(metered). Double patio doors open onto a spacious 28 m2. terrace which receives all day sun. There are roll away blinds if the sun gets too much for you!! There is also a 33 m2. garden A gas BBQ is provided to cook the delicious local foods which you will find in the Carrefour Hypermarket a short distance away, or if you want a rest from cooking the Sports/ Clubhouse is opposite which boasts a cafe/bar (its not all work outs)! Right opposite the apt is a classy restaurant for those special meals. There is a regular bus service which will take you to locations such as the La Marina shopping mall, Cala de Finestrat and Benidorm. Golf clubs available in the apt (his'n'hers)

Near the traditional Spanish town of Finestrat and a short bus ride from the centre of the lively resort of Benidorm and its 3 award winning beaches. Next to Terra Mitica and Terra Natura theme parks. 2 Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses at the nearby Real de Faula Hotel. At the foot of Sierra Cortina mountain range which offers some spectacular walks. Close to the main shopping area of Benidorm, La Marina, which includes lots of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Places of interest within the region include the historic mountain village of Guadalest, Aqualandia water park and the towns of Altea & Calpe. Close to the train station where you can travel to Alicante or Denia where the ferry to Majorca & Ibiza departs.

Absolutley loved it here,we stayed here for two weeks end of august beggining of september,great facilities,great appartment in a lovely suberb outside benidorm, the description was spot on .The property is very clean and well maintained inside and out,also customer service is second to none . we would definitly reccomend this to a friend,five minutes drive into benidorm where there is endless places to eat, drink and shop,all theme parks are within easy reach,the waterfalls at collosa are a must if you have a car,so goood we went three times,the water is freezing but you get out feeling brilliant and refreshed,would siut a family of four ,Thanks for a brill holiday
