Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and Living area. New Kitchen cabinets and beautiful new hard wood floors in living area kitchen! Brand new carpeting in bedrooms.

Granite counters await your culinary pleasure!

New for 2013: 32in. Flat Screen HD TV's in 2nd and 3rd bedroom, new stainless fridge/freezer, new microwave.

You can wake up to the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean and a beautiful sunrise from our condo! Walk to many local restaurants for a great meal is quick and easy. The Ocean Grill and famous Tiki Bar is a 2 minute walk down the beach! The Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and nearby NC Aquarium make a rainy day even better!

This elevator building makes your vacation a VACATION. Use the provided luggage carts for easy loading and unloading.

There are many local activities available in the summer. The Carolina Beach Boardwalk offers carnival rides as well as many interesting shops and restaurants. Get some sun as you pedal leisurely around Carolina Beach Lake in a single or double paddle boat, or pick up speed in a barracuda bike or a kayak. The Lake park also includes a weekly farmers market on Saturdays. There's also Movies-at-the-lake and fireworks at the nearby fishing pier. You are also just a short drive to Fort Fisher for NC Aquarium, a Civil War Museum, and Recreation Area.

The condo has 2 full baths, washer-dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and cable TV. Oceanfront balcony from living area and master bedroom. Heated indoor pool and hot tub. Outdoor pool, sundeck, private walk to beach, charcoal grills and picnic area on oceanfront.

What a Great Vacation!

The condo was clean and very sufficient for our needs. Our weather was perfect and we really enjoyed ourselves. The pool was well maintained and enjoyed by all, and the indoor pool was great the one afternoon it decided to drizzle. The location couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the fact that the building wasn't overly crowded. It's a nice size condo for 6-8 people.

It was exactly as described. The kitchen had everything that you could think of and the beds were very comfortable. We felt like we were at home. The building itself was very nice and everyone very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again and would suggest this condo to all of our family and friends. The folks across the street for check in were wonderful and helpful to work with. Thanks for loaning us your condo and we will get in touch with you again next year.

Amazing Vacation and a Great Condo!

What a truly beautiful condo in a great part of the beach. We have always enjoyed Carolina Beach, we even stayed at Pelican Watch before, and we are SO glad we finally stayed in this condo!

It is equipped with all the features of home and then some. The TV's and DVD's in all the bedrooms was a very nice feature. They said it was recently remodeled and it really shows. New floors, carpet, it was like being in a new house or hotel.

A big thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful condo with the rest of us.

Most importantly, at the end of the day, you just can't beat the view.

Incredible Condo in a Great Building and Convenient Location...

What can we say, great recently refurbished condo in a great building! I love what they did with this condo as we had looked at it before they refurbished it. Brand new TV's, all new furniture and beds, hardwood floors and granite counter tops. Just like home! lol

The indoor and outdoor pools were a big hit with our kids. The location was great, close to several restaurants, we walked for ice cream at Pop's almost nightly.

The 4th Floor was just high enough for us, beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the couch in the living room. Wake up to the sound of the waves from the master bedroom. We didn't even realize they had elevators when we originally booked it, but wow, how convenient!

We look forward to returning again next year and hope to stay in #406 again.
