YOURNICEAPARTMENT.COM-JASMINE TERRACE,BEAUTIFUL 1 BED APARTMENT.

I chose this property because it was different to the usual apartments you see on offer and different it certainly was... and in a good way. Although I can see why some will think it too quiet.

The apartment is accessed through the usual heavy large door you see on so many Nice streets that lead to a lift or stairs to a selection of apartments...where this differs is that once through the door from the street you then go through 2 further doors to exit the rear of the building and gain access to a tiny courtyard that the ground floor apartments overlook. In this courtyard is Jasmine Terrace with its own front door that leads to what can only be described as a little house that includes a small kitchen area with all you need and a living room with sofa, TV/DVD, table and, rather uniquely, a small private outside sitting area accessed by a glass sliding door.

The upstairs of this property is accessed via a small narrow staircase that leads to a bedroom, bathroom and seperate toilet...all more than adequate for your needs...although 4 adults might feel cramped for space I'd say it was perfect for 2.

The property is a 5 minute walk from the old town, 10 from the station and close to the many fine eateries to found in Nice.

Returning to my comment about the stay being too quiet...it may seem a strange thing to say and, the privacy and quietness were indeed welcomed, but with no real outlook onto the streets and outside world I did feel a little isolated from what can be an attraction to Nice and that's the buzz and excitement of a fabulous city.

The agency handling my trip overall were efficient although there was a mix up with a contact number which meant I was left waiting on the street and had to call head office to find out where my greeter was. Other than a dirty pan in the oven the apartment was clean and I was very impressed and grateful that I was able to keep the property until nearer my evening flight time home.

Overall I would stay here again and certainly use the agent again.
