This twelve-story luxury high-rise complex is centrally located in the heart of all the beach activities and is situated just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico's emerald green waters with unlimited access to the pristine white sands of Pensacola Beach.

Enjoy the open and airy floor plan with its large balcony stretching across the entire length of the condo overlooking peaceful Little Sabine Bay. After a big day at the beach you can relax in this spacious condo with the new 40' flat screen TV in the living area, complimented by a new Blue Ray/DVD player - a new wall mounted flat screen TV in the master bedroom - or just sit and enjoy the spectacular view. A King size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room make this perfect for a couple or a small family.

Bring your boat - Dock slips & launch available! Dock space is available for boats 21' or less for just $100/week! Large boats up to 45' may rent dock space for $9.50/foot per month.

The beach is why we love the area so much. For those of you who enjoy sporting events we also have the 'Blue Wahoo's' baseball team 15 minutes away during the Spring & Summer and for the hockey fans we have the 'Pensacola Ice Flyers - SPHL' from October to April also 15 minutes away at the Civic Center. Bands on the beach at the pavillion (5-10 minute walk from the condo) every Tuesday during the late Spring into Summer. This unit is within 5-10 minute walking distance of the major attractions on Pensacola Beach and situated with a trolley stop in front of the building.

Great Little Getaway

We enjoyed the spaciousness and harbor view from the condo and the ocean view if you walk across the street. Also the King bed was very compfortable. Would definitely stay again. Convenient to all driving locations yet private. Excellent value for the money paid.
