This beautiful villa is particularly suitable for a family party of mixed ages. Sleeping 6/8*, it has one twin bedroom on the ground floor, and all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The driveway leads right up to the front door and the private pool is particularly child-friendly; small details, but essential to a successful family holiday.

Very well equipped, the villa has air-conditioning in all bedrooms. It overlooks superb views over the nearby up-market resort and village of San Stephanos, and beyond to the breathtaking panorama of the Albanian mountains and coast.

(* Note that there are three bedrooms, 2 children can be accommodated on sofa/beds in the separate living room.)

Local Support: • Our property is managed by a local company who are there to help you during your holiday.

• You will be provided with their 24h emergency number and (at your request) our local agent will come and visit you.

  • Villa Petros has three air-conditioned bedrooms: one double and two twins. The double, master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom complete with jacuzzi style bath. Located on the upper floor and opens on to a covered terrace with superb views over the pool and across the sea. This terrace is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. There is also a twin bedroom upstairs, with en suite bathroom, that also opens on to a terrace. The second twin bedroom is on the ground floor, it has an attractive shower room immediately next to it.

The dining room is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style and has patio doors leading to a useful and attractive glassed-in sun lounge. Its sliding doors roll back fully to allow access to the pool terrace. Overlooking the pool and is ideal for an outdoor meal at any time of day, or just for lounging around. The separate sitting room on the ground floor has double doors leading to the front of the house. The comfortable sofas convert into sofa-beds, giving the opportunity to accommodate two additional guests. The pleasant kitchen is generously supplied with modern appliances, such as oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, so that essential holiday chores can be dealt with as painlessly as possible! Villa Petros has a particularly lovely swimming pool, set into paved terraces with glorious views out over the hills and across the sea to the mainland mountains. There is plenty of space for sunbathing.
