Fabulous Harbor Springs Holiday House

Our family has enjoyed this wonderful house several times over the years. In the Winter, the Christmas Card vistas of the lake out back, surrounded by sparkling snow covered trees contrasts beautifully with the warmth of this charming house. Cross Country and Snow-shoeing trails are available right out the front door. Downhill skiing is only 10-15 minutes away.
Summer provides easy access to Lake Michigan and multiple smaller lakes with most any water sport you can imagine. Additionally, Birchwood offers: Golf, Tennis, Croquet, kid and full sized Pool, as well as great Dining and a Casual Bar are also easily accessible from the house, you can walk to these activities.
Great day trips include visiting Mackinac Island, the Tunnel of Trees (M-119), as well as to the many great restaurants in the area.
The town of Harbor springs is delightful. We have spent many a day exploring the varied shops and art galleries, walking the boat docks, visiting fantastic food venues, and outstanding Ice Cream Stores.
If you just want to stay indoors and relax, this house provides plenty of quiet areas where you can relax with a book, play games, or complete a puzzle.
We definitely recommend this charming house to anyone wanting easy access to all that the Harbor Springs Area has to offer. We will visit again.
