In the heart of this sleepy little hamlet, only two minutes from the beach and with a shared pool, you will find the Kaminaki Villas. 'Delphine' sleeps 6 and has been fitted to the highest standard to include: air conditioning, satellite TV, fully fitted kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), double-glazed windows and doors and a safe for your valuables. Entry to the villa takes you immediately into the very stylish and tastefully furnished living/dining area. The kitchen is to the right with the third bedroom off and to the right. There is also a shower room on this level. A spiral staircase leads up to a very spacious landing from which the further two bedrooms and bathroom radiate.

Nearest beach tavernas and mini-market less than 1 minute away. Corfu's north-east coastline is spectacularly beautiful, and has remained uniquely unspoilt in spite of its celebrity-status. Kaminaki is one of the small and enchanting bays that stud this coastline like jewels on a necklace. Still only a hamlet, with village houses occupied by their original local inhabitants, it has a mixture of modern and converted accommodation, two unpretentious tavernas (and others within easy reach), and water of Caribbean colours that laps against a gently shelving beach of pure white pebbles. One small shop and a complete absence of noisy evening entertainment are other virtues. Evenings end here with a quiet drink overlooking the sea, conversation with new or old friends, and perhaps a skinny dip to round things off! Kaminaki has its following of faithful visitors who return each year and it is not hard to see why anyone could soon become addicted.

  • 'Delphine' has two bathrooms, a large walk-in shower room downstairs and upstairs a bath with shower over. Each bathroom has a fitted wall-mounted hairdryer.

  • A spiral staircase leads up to a spacious landing that has fitted cupboards and a desk and chair. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is no additional charge for its use. The master bedroom has a large double bed, a TV cabinet with mini drinks fridge, spacious fitted wardrobes, cupboards and mirrored vanity unit. French windows lead onto the balcony which overlooks the pool terrace and has views over to the mainland. The second bedroom is a large twin with fitted wardrobes, mirrored vanity unit and French windows to the front-facing balcony. The third bedroom is on the ground floor, next to the kitchen and living room. It has been fitted out with single beds with a large double headboard so that they can either be used together as a double or as two singles. The room also includes fitted wardrobes and cupboards with mirrored vanity unit. French windows lead onto the front, poolside terrace.

Notes: Living Area: The combination of peach and oatmeal soft furnishings, together with the dark oak tables gives the villa a 'modern traditional' feel. Dining Area: A dark oak family dining table and chairs are right next to the kitchen and the antique camera on a tripod at the foot of the spiral staircase gives the villa it's artistic 'feature'. Kitchen: The kitchen has plenty of fresh coloured units under and above the work surfaces. Kitchen appliances includeg a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: The villas are reached from their private parking area below via a short flight of stone steps directly onto the pool terrace. Overlooking the kidney-shaped swimming pool which is set into the terrace - just a couple of steps away from that early morning swim! With plenty of room for sunbeds and a large bbq area you may never want to venture further! In addition, the villa has it's own shaded terrace and balconies where you can sit and watch others having fun in the pool!
