A very stylish villa sleeping up to six, Carolina enjoys a quiet location that overlooks breathtaking views of the nearby resort of up-market San Stephanos and on across the sea to the mountains of Albania. The accommodation is distributed over two floors, and particular attention has been given to making this a villa suitable for family parties of mixed ages. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and en suite bathrooms, with one bedroom on the ground floor. There is a delightful private swimming pool surrounded by ample paved space for sunbathing, all with uninterrupted views over the sea. The villa has several pleasant outdoor areas, the shady terrace by the front door has a table and chairs, while the two upstairs bedrooms open on to a wonderful wrap-around covered terrace with even more heavenly sea views. Access to the villa could not be easier, with parking right beside the front entrance.

Villa Carolina is located just before the hamlet of Leondari, on the road between Sinies and Saint Stefanos. Saint Stephanos: Agios (Saint) Stephanos is an extremely pretty fishing village, located between Kalami and Kassiopi. In recent years it has become a very popular 'up market' resort with many stylish holiday villas. A thriving local Greek community welcomes its visitors with the warmth and hospitality for which Greece is famous. With several excellent tavernas, 2 cocktail bars, 2 supermarkets, a gift shop and boat hire, it is the perfect base for a holiday.

The Master double bedroom, with its en suite bathroom, opens on to the large covered terrace that overlooks the pool and the superb sea views. The upper twin bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and also opens on to the main upper terrace. The lower twin bedroom has en suite bathroom and has the advantage of opening directly on to the main pool terrace.

Notes: Layout: This is a detached villa on two levels: on the ground floor there is a kitchen, lounge and separate dining/breakfast area, with patio doors to the swimming pool terrace, and also a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. Upstairs, the Master double bedroom and a twin bedroom have en suite bathrooms and open on to a covered terrace. There is a pleasantly shaded area beside the front entrance, with outdoor seating, overlooking the garden and serene views of Corfus highest mountain. Ample parking space, shaded. Living Room: A spacious living room is furnished with comfortable seating and has a fireplace. Balcony windows open on to the extensive pool terraces. Kitchen/Breakfast Room: A light and airy dining area links the kitchen and the sitting room, with balcony windows opening directly on to the covered patio outside, making it very easy to serve meals outdoors or in, at any time of day, according to preference. The uncluttered fitted kitchen has all the modern appliances.
