Second floor apartment with lift access and secure underground parking, maintained to a high standard and set in a mature development in beautifully presented quiet picturesque landscaped gardens with 2 communal pools adjacent to Duquesa Golf and Country Club. Hot and cold air conditioning with marble floors and quality furnishings will be appreciated by discerning clients who enjoy those little extras for comfort and style. Bedrooms have full size twin beds, built-in wardrobes the main bedroom having an en suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have wash basin, bath, shower and bidet. The modern kitchen has fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and little extras you often need like an iron and ironing board. Comfortable lounge-dining room with quality furnishings includes dining table and chairs, 2 sofas, coffee table and satellite TV (UK channels) with DVD player and Hi-Fi for radio and CD’s. Linen, bedding, towels etc. are included except beach towels.

  • CHANGEOVER DAY:

    Friday preferred (non weekend flights are often a lot cheaper) but we are happy to consider other days depending on prior bookings. Part weeks (during peak periods may only be taken as part of a longer stay) and long weekends (not offered during peak periods) are also available subject to a minimum charge of £120. To calculate the cost of a part week or long weekend, use the higher of the weekly rates that apply to the period of stay and divide by 7 to convert to a daily rate. Except where the part week is taken at the beginning or end of a longer continuous rental period of more than a week, multiply the daily rate by the number of days stay plus one day. A discount of £20 per complete week for the second of a continuous 2 week let and £25 for the third and each subsequent week is offered for continuous rental periods of two weeks or longer.
  • BOOKING NOTES:

    WE ASO ACCEPT EURO PAID DIRECTLY TO OUR SPANISH BANK ACCOUNT.

    30% deposit with booking, and balance to be paid no later than 5 weeks prior to arrival due date. A returnable breakages cash deposit of Euro 160 is payable on arrival. Following departure, the deposit will be refunded via a sterling cheque of £110 (or Euro 160), less any charges for breakages that will be sent to your home address.
  • Less than 15 km from Estepona and about 35 km from Gibraltar, it’s an easy drive from either Malaga or Gibraltar Airports via the AP7 Toll Motorway and/or the A7 (old N340) coast road or from Jerez via the new A381 toll free motorway linking up with the A7 just outside La Linea (driving time from Jerez to the apartment is about the same as from Malaga).

    IF FLIGHTS TO MALAGA SEEM COSTLY, TRY THESE ALTERNATIVES. Saving £25 on 4 return flights is like £100 off the cost of the holiday.
