Located in the easy going Holiday/Uptown neighborhood of North Boulder, this modern, upscale, fully and tastefully furnished, south and west-facing, 2 BR (+den with a comfy sleeper), 2BA end unit, 3rd floor condo is referred to as The Penthouse at The Crescent. It's all windows - tons of sun! - featuring gorgeous, sweeping views of the Flatirons and foothills, the condo is newly furnished and tastefully decorated. The huge 330 square foot, top-floor deck (very hard to find in Boulder) with gas grill provides a 270º view and is just right for great entertaining. Maple cabinets and flooring, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, nice walk-in custom closet in the master bedroom, study/TV room (with 46'LED smart TV). One-car garage included, plus plenty of free, safe parking on the street. High speed fiber optic wireless internet makes it easy to work from home. Walk through the park across the street to 5 excellent restaurants, a great coffee shop, fun brewery, bakery and a gym. The market, with an amazing pastry shop, is one mile away. Biking trails right our your door. Pearl Street Mall is an easy 7 minute drive, simple bus ride, or a $10 cab ride. 30 minutes from Denver, 45 minutes from Denver International Airport. Rocky Mountain National Park is only an hour away. Summit ski areas (Breckenridge, Copper, A-Basin) are 1-1/2 hours away, Vail/Beaver Creek and Winter Park are less than a 2 hour drive.
Simple to maintain, totally comfortable. Quiet, but close to everything Boulder has to offer. If you don't need to be on Pearl Street, this is the perfect alternative.
We've always wanted to live in Colorado and we love Boulder. We own a business in Minneapolis and recently became empty nesters, meaning we can now spend more time in Colorado. So we spend time at our Twin Cities home, our northern Minnesota cabin and in Boulder. We're sort of addicted to beautiful surroundings, cool outdoor activities and great restaurants which is why we snapped this condo up as soon as we saw it.

At first we thought we wanted to live right near Pearl Street. Most people do. But then we saw this great neighborhood in North Boulder. And the instant we stepped into the condo we were hit by all the light and were swept up by the impressive views of the Flatirons and foothills. We love waking up to the mountain views and finishing the day on the big deck watching mind-blowing sunsets. It's a happy place to live. It was great fun decorating and furnishing it. Sheryl's a master with color. It's cool being able to walk to upscale Italian, American, Mexican restaurants and coffee shops. Not to mention Proto Pizza. Mmmmm. And the hiking, biking, and skiing? World class, and right out the door or just a short drive away.
We have the best of all worlds: A quiet neighborhood with tree-lined sidewalks, but only 6 minutes from cool, vibrant downtown Boulder, 30 minutes or so from Denver, an easy 45 minute drive to DIA airport, and at the doorstep of some of the best downhill and cross-country skiing in the world. If you like music, the magical Red Rocks Amphitheater is less than 30 minutes away. We're looking for someone to rent our place and share our love of all it has to offer.
Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with great views of the foothills and Boulder. Nicely furnished and perfect for our 2 month stay. No complaints about anything and would gladly rent again. Tom furnished us with lots of useful info. on Boulder such as restaurants, ect. Great location with easy parking and access to surrounding area. All in all it was perfect for our stay and felt very much at home.
Just had a holiday stay in this beautiful condo. Perfect for a Christmas getaway. The view out the front is elegant. I like to cook and the kitchen is well-stocked plus has a great view of the Front Range while doing the dishes. Fun to walk to the North Boulder village for dinner or lunch plus the hikes which are just up the street from the condo are some of the best in Boulder. Tom is easy to work with and very helpful with questions etc.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Boulder so much. From the 1st email to the deposit return, Tom and Sheryl made our stay so easy. Upon arriving in the unit we were so impressed. The condo was immaculate and beautifully furnished. We loved the wood floors. The vistas from the unit are incredible. Every morning we would catch the sunrise and couldn't wait to see the sunset. We loved being surrounded by the mountains. The location of this unit was perfect. 5 minutes across the park and we could get a great cup of java and be hiking on the hiking trails. We hiked as many trails as we could in our month's visit. As we are swimmers, we went to the north rec center which for a $7 daily charge was so convenient about a 5 min drive. This location was perfect for all of our day trips. We went to Denver a number of times and was lucky enough to catch the Chihuly exhibit at the Botanical Gardens. I must mention the food and restaurants. If you are a foodie, there are so many good and great restaurants to choose from. If you are vegan eating out organically is so easy.
Tom and Sheryl, we loved being a guest in your lovely home. We have only been gone a week and already we miss being in the mountains. Hope to return real soon.
The unit is large, very nicely furnished, and obviously well cared for by the owners. We especially liked that the kitchen was fully equipped for gourmet cooking. The south-facing sundeck is HUGE, very private, and offered the best mountain and sunset views in Boulder. Although the unit includes a garage, there was ample street parking for our guests and family.
The neighborhood (called NOBO by the locals) is quiet, user friendly, and has a small town feel to it even though it is only minutes by car or bus from the hustle-bustle of the Pearl St. Mall area and the CU campus. It is convenient to several scenic hiking/biking trails and a short walk from a number of good restaurants.
The unit owners were easy to work with and very accomodating.
We’re planning a move to Boulder and wanted a preview of condo living within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We rented the condo for the month of December and we couldn’t have been happier. The condo is beautifully furnished – it had everything we could possibly want. The views from the windows and deck are stunning - especially covered in snow. There are great restaurants within easy walking distance and the Pearl Street Mall area is only 10 minutes away driving or by bus. This was by far and away the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in and we’d be thrilled to visit again.
Hopefully this will fully describe what a wonderful experience this condo was for me. The pictures on the site give you a beautiful glimpse of what is in store for you, but being there and taking in that gorgeous view every day is an ambiance not to be missed!
The twist here is that I am a Boulder homeowner that lives and works in another part of the city. I had to move out of my place for a month and I was so happy to find such a comfortable, well equipped and thoughtfully furnished place to stay. For me this was a "stay-cation" that became a luxury retreat. I couldn't wait to get back to the space to relax and enjoy the comfortable deck and interior.
It was fun exploring and getting familiar with another charming area of Boulder too. I am an avid walker/hiker/biker and I loved the easy to get to trails and paths that surround the neighborhood. There are some great coffee shops and restaurants just a couple blocks away and all have outside seating to enjoy the sunny Colorado days.
The owners made everything smooth and easy with the logistics and even checked in by email to make sure I had everything I needed.
There is no doubt that I would stay there again in a heartbeat and I will surely recommend this to family and friends, etc... for an exceptional Boulder experience.
Located in the unique North Boulder Holiday neighborhood with a park across the street, you're 2 blocks (an easy walk) from 5 superb restaurants, a brewery, great coffee shop, gym, world class road and mountain biking, an incredible array of fantastic hikes (right at the edge of town or up in the mountains), 6 minutes from Pearl Street downtown and awesome restaurants/shopping. The Bus line is 2 blocks away and is a direct shot to downtown, taxis are only $10 to downtown. You're 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, 1/2 hour from the Peak-to-Peak Highway, 1-1/2 hours from Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, A Basin, Loveland, and 2 hours from Vail/Beaver Creek, and Winter Park. There simply isn't enough time to see everything and sample all the great restaurants! It's almost always sunny and dry so it's easy to get out.
