The south facing terraces overlook the 2 swimming pools, set in landscaped gardens in a small secure complex with underground parking and immediately adjacent to the complex a small children's playground. Views from the terraces are of magnificent mountains and distant sea. Second floor apartments, with lift. The 2 apartments occupy a private landing, making them ideal for 2 families holidaying together. Bedroom 1 with double bed with en-suite. Bedroom 2 with twin beds.Separate shower room. Open plan lounge/diner with seating in both for 4 persons. LCD TV with Freeview, DVD player and CD player/radio. Fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Small balcony to twin bedroom, the main bedroom opening on to the main terrace, which has a table and 4 chairs.

This complex is situated a 10 minute walk to the quaint old town of Pego, where you will find ample shops, banks, cafes, bars and weekly market. 15 minute drive you can explore the award winning beaches of Denia, which also offers a large variety of shops, restaurants and a ‘buzzing’ night-life. If you would like to travel further there are the spectacular Jalon and Orba valleys. This apartment is highly suited to a family of 4 or a couple looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the larger beach resorts. 20 mins drive to Denia. 30 mins drive to the valleys of Jalon and Orba. 1 hour on motorway to Terra Mitica. Numerous local markets, fiestas and bull runs. Information will be available in a pack at the apartments or from local Tourist Information offices.
