Photos and Description of the Cape Coral vacation condo rental

Beautiful views from the lanai which is open to both the main living room and the master bedroom. Very comfortable queen size bed in the master along with 2 single beds in the second bedroom. We also have a hideway bed in the living room if you need additional space. All kitchen items included along with plates and silverware. Washer and Dryer are also included. All you need to do is open the door and enjoy. We are renting this unit until we are ready to move in ourselves!! This is a 55+ Community. Minimum of 1 month rental required. Also, no smoking and no pets.
About Greg Moen

We are a couple from Minnesota. We have 3 daughters and 1 son. We also have a special little Grandson who is now 4. I have been selling Real Estate for 13 years in Minnesota and hope to move to Cape Coral and continue in this profession.

Why Greg Moen chose Cape Coral

We took one trip down to Cape Coral and totally fell in love with the area. The views are spectacular and very relaxing. We are hoping to enjoy our condo when its not rented and also hope to be moved down there in the next couple years to live full time.

What makes this condo unique

The absolute solitude and relaxing feeling you get when sitting on the lanai. The view is awesome and we are located close to everything from shoping to enjoying the beaches. The lanai is large and open.

Our condo is on the first floor with a large lanai and walks out to the 200' Rubicon. There is a very nice pool which is located next to our unit. We are also located close to the downtown area of Cape Coral. You are also close to downtown Fort Myers and several beaches.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this great condo! It had a great location with a fabulous view of the canal. It was nicely furnished with a red couch! I love red! All the neighbors were very friendly including the owners. The location was convenient to area restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. I can not say enough good about our stay. We would love to stay again, and we would recommend it to anyone.

We had a great experience at this waterside condo. It was clean, comfortably furnished, with friendly neighbors and a quiet environment. The lanai is the best! Watch the sun rise with coffee and jumping fish to entertain us. The heated pool is steps away and very clean. Greg was super quick to respond to any questions or needs. We would return to this condo without any reservation - and we have stayed in several others that I would not say that about. You can not go wrong with this rental.
