The house is set in beautiful gardens with the living areas on the upper floor, which boasts a wrap around balcony to sit out on and take in the beautiful countryside views. It is totally private and secure. The house offers a Pool table, Sauna, Gym, Sauna and Jacuzzi and en-suite bathrooms in each of the bedrooms plus the gym. The house is finished to the highest of standards, and is perfectly situated for exploring the South East, with its blue flag beaches, golf courses and tourist attractions.

The house is situated approx 30 minutes from Rosslare Ferryport, 30 minutes for Waterford Airport and 2 hours from Dublin Airport. This area is known as the Sunny South East. It is one of the foremost areas in the country for tourism. There are numerous places to visit within a short drive - JFK Park, Dunbrody Famine Ship, National Heritage Park , Johnstown Castle Hook Lighthouse, to name just a few. Both Wexford and Waterford have developed hugely in recent times and offer many restaurants and good shopping. Both areas offer Bowling, Indoor play centres and lots of nightlife.
