Description of the apartment: - the entry - the corner kitchen open to the sitting-dining room with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 4 fires, electric oven, table with chars, sofa that can become a double bed, fan, Sat TV, DVD and lake view - one double bedroom with double bed, side table with lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers - bathroom with shower, bidet, waterclosed, washbasin and washing machine. The apartment was newly refurbished with care.

The Gina's apartment is located in Lezzeno, a charming little village on Lake Como with little paths and surrounded by ancient small yet charming houses. It is only 6 km from Bellagio, the most famous tourist village on Lake Como. Bellagio is well know in the world for its beautiful location, situated between the green of the mountains and the blue of the lake and surrounded by spacious blossoming gardens. It is also possible to catch a ferryboat which can take you on trips throughout the lake. The apartment is just a short walk across the road from the stony lakeside shore and a few steps there is a small food shops. The village offers all the bare essentials including a pharmacy. This local area is the ideal place for people who like enjoying the lake and for people who want to relax within the tranquillity of the mountains yet enjoy the scenic beauties of Lake Como.

The rate includes towels, bed linen, final cleaning, beach umbrella, table and chairs outside. It does not include heating if It's necessary (1 Euro per cubic metre). A little deposit is requested to hold the apartment. The owner lives near the apartment for rent and she waits the arrival of guests. The check-in out is from 03 pm to 07 pm and the check-out is until 10 am. Unfortunately the owner speaks a little English.

The real treasure of Lake Como lies in its quaint villages that dot the mountains surrounding the lake. A stroll trough some of the ancient villages on Lake Como includes medieval and renaissance churches, winding alleys and striking views of the lake. The cultural is coupled with natural beauty: fresh mountain air, penetrating blue waters, miles of rolling hills and mountains to be explored or simply to admire. In the centre of Como Lake there are famous villas and their gardens. In Bellagio don't miss a visit to Villa Melzi and Villa Serbelloni gardens (now Rockfeller foundation). Then you can take the slow boat and enjoy with a nice cruise on the lake. Nearby you can visit Villa Balbianello in Lenno where Star Wars was filmed. In Varenna you can visit Villa Monastero, Villa Cipressi and Vezio Casle with amazing views on the Central lake. In Tremezzo a visit to Villa Carlotta. Also you can cross the Swiss border by car to visit the city of Lugano. There is much to do and see.

we had a very good time in Bruna's place, very good value for the price, fully equiped, very clean and new. Small beach located at walking distance as well as a nice local restaurant.

We spent a wonderful holiday in 2009, a Lezzone. Dieerienwohnung is very beautiful. We lacked for nothing.
The apartment is very comfortable and modern. Very nice is also the outdoor seating area and parking right outside the door. We can only recommend this apartment. Very pleasant as well Bruna's friendliness.
In short: It got us very much.

This is a great appartment, very well serviced with all amenities and extremely well furnished. The location is perfect, just three minutes from the lake and best of all, Bruna is charming and she and her father are extremely helpful and enthusiastic about meeting guests' needs. We took our Jack Russell terrier with us and this is a great choiceplace for a pet friendly holiday.
