Enjoy your family vacation in Kaernten, by the Faakersee, in our vacation apartments and vacation houses. You chose the main house with courtyard, the villa or the bungalow by the lake. There is a private beach, playground for children and a garden. You can hike or bike. The main house with courtyard has wonderful view upon the mountains. Your children can explore the fascinating garden and play with the animals (bunnies, cats, etc.) You can enjoy the private beach by the lake. The villa is very luxurious and has refurnished apartments. You have the chance to enjoy the tasteful ambient. There is also a kitchen with microwave oven, dish washer, refrigerator, electric cooker, coffee machine, toaster, a satellite TV, a balcony or terrace and private beach at Lake Faaker. The lake bungalow is only 150 m from the beach. It has a rustic design and has satellite TV, tiled stove and a big south terrace.

Lake Faaker is the most southern bathing lake in Austria. You can relax and recreate here. In spring, summer or fall, you can hike through the idyllic landscape or in the climbing region of Kanzianiberg, but you can also follow one of the numerous bike routes around the lake Faaker. The light blue water of the Lake Faaker, the small island and the steep cliffs in the background are enchanting. The panorama overwhelms the guests with its beauty from the very beginning of their visit. The crystal clear waters warm up to 27 grades. Those who spend their vacation here can choose the mountains or the attractions of the lake Faaker.

Private beach by the Lake Faaker: For the ones who enjoy swimming, our nicely arranged beach by the Lake Faaker is the ideal place. Lake Faaker is the most southern and the sunniest bathing lake in Austria (drinking water quality). Here you can find a bathing bay with a big, nicely arranged sunbathing area, with garden furniture, as well as deck-chairs. Each guest can find his ideal place here. You can enjoy both the sun and the tree shadow.

New playground for children, on over 6000 m²: We are happy to let you know that in the spring of 2006 we inaugurated our new, big playground and garden, as well as the relaxation areas. Let us surprise you and you will definitely be pleased.

Hiking, bike riding, golf: Our houses are the ideal starting point for wonderful hiking trails (even guided ones), north walking, and bike tours. An 18-hole golf course is available. Fishing is also possible, along with many other activities.

Other Activities: swimming in the blue Lake Faaker, paddleboats and rowboats, kayak, hydro-bike, tennis, golf, sliding, climbing, football
