A brand new 5 star luxury 2 bed ground floor apartment with direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island. The apartment is finished to a high standard with an open plan contemporary Thai feel. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the master has an en-suite with a rain shower, bath & dressing area. There is a fully fitted kitchen with filtered drinking water & ice from the fridge. The lounge area has 42' LCD TV home cinema system, satellite TV, DVD/CD player with ipod/mp3 USB connection, broadband connection & telephone link to reception, restaurant & bar. The sunny front terrace has a Jacuzzi/plunge pool with dining furniture for 4 people and views & access straight out onto the pool where there is a bar & restaurant with rooftop dining giving you stunning views of Sirinath National Park. There is also a gym & massage area, everything you need for a fantastic holiday!

Nearest Ferry: The Yacht Haven Marina at 18 Kilometres

The apartment is located in a tranquil location just 10 minutes from the airport without aircraft noise along a peaceful coast road with bars & restaurants dotted along the beach & up the road. There are numerous beaches close by & you can take a longboat to one of the neighbouring beaches to watch the baby elephant swim in the sea, ask for a 'Kiss Kiss'. The busy nightlife of Patong is 25 minutes away with a shopping mall, local street sellers, artwork, restaurants & bars. There is a selection of 7 championship golf courses, 6 of which are within 15 minutes or so by car. Phuket town is 30 minutes away & there are two marinas 15 minutes away with restaurants looking out at the boats. Car & moped hire is available locally along with general stores,taxis, diving centre & spa centre. Various tours to James bond island, similan islands & phi phi etc are easily arranged locally. It only takes an hour to get from top to bottom of phuket island so nothing is far away

  • All rate are inclusive of taxes and service charges, maid service twice a week, change of towels twice a week and bed linen changed once a week.
    Complimentary use of clubhouse facilities including gym/fitness room.
    Long term lets are considered with discounts.
  • A deposit of 50% will be taken to secure a booking with the final 50% paid 60 days before your arrival date. A security/damage deposit of £300.00 or a credit card number must be paid when the balance is due. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure once the apartment has been checked.
    50% of the reservation deposit can be refunded up to 60 days before your arrival date should you decide to cancel.
