LUXURIOUS SPACIOUS APARTMENT IN FUNCHAL WITH POOL, JACUZZI, GYM AND STEAM ROOM

I really can`t wait to go back to Madeira and this wonderful apartment. Everything you see here, the description, photos and reviews are 100% accurate but the only thing you can`t get is the wow factor as you walk through the front door of Villa Formosa. Every comfort is provided, the kitchen is great, three bathrooms, beach towels, it really is home from home and spotlessly clean. The views from the balcony are fabulous and the sunsets are breathtaking. Make sure you take the coastal path to Camara de Lobos its a highlight you should not miss. I could write pages and pages of superlative comments but all you need to do is stay there and enjoy the experience for yourself.

Since we travelled already for the second time to Vila Formosa to spend our summer holidays, it was like coming home. The facility of the houses is always in immaculate condition and the pool right in front of the house, is worth such as gold. This also applies to the proximity to the sea. As we travel as family very often in homes in countries around the world, this apartment deserves from us the title of most valuable!The apartment has been prepared in great condition and the whole family is always helpful to all problems. We were allowed to spend ten days, which was so relaxing that we are already looking forward to our next visit to Madeira in the Vila Formosa. Thank you very much!

We had a great stay at Villa Formosa.

We got there from the airport 3 hours late because of a mix up at the airport with our rental car. I was really worried that no one would be there to meet us because we were so late. I was grateful when we arrived and saw that Vino was there to meet us. After 20 hours of traveling with little food or sleep, he was a very welcomed site. He was so nice and helpful. We were so grateful that he waited for us. I mentioned I wanted a coffee maker as I am a big coffee drinker. There was not one at the condo. Lino said he would bring the next day. The next day he brought us one with the gift of coffee. It was wonderful of him to be so thoughtful. The owners really care that you are enjoying your stay and will go out of their way to make sure you have anything you want or need. They responded to any questions we had immediately. I can not express how kind and helpful they were.

I was traveling with my husband, uncle and father. The condo is beautiful. The ocean/pool view is amazing from the balcony and living room. The pool is the most beautiful pool I have ever swam in my life. We were always able to get a chair when we wanted one at anytime of the day. It has three bedrooms and everyone gets their own bathroom. The main bedroom has an ocean view out of one of the windows as well. It was very comfortable. It has cable T.V and WI FI. It is very spacious with a full kitchen and living room. The condo is located on one of the main streets in Funchal. This makes it very easy to get around and find your way back home.

There is a small cafe and grocery store across the street. Some of the best food we ate our whole trip came from a restaurant you can walk to down the street on the left. It is a restaurant with a red and white sign on the corner. They have a lunch buffet and really good food. We rented a rental car and used it daily.

The people of Madeira were some of the most kind, helpful people I have ever met in my life. We were helped by so many strangers that saw us struggling to pump gas or get around and they would stop and help us. We were really grateful for their help. It was a great holiday and I would not hesitate to recommend staying at Villa Formosa while in Funchal.
