Views abound from this beautiful home in Gloucester’s quiet Magnolia district. Spend the day on the sands of Magnolia Beach just steps from your door, relax and unwind overlooking the beach from the private stonewalled garden terrace or walk to the village and sample the wares and restaurants that line Lexington Avenue.

Complete with a custom granite kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, 3 original fireplaces, a great room, new luxurious bathrooms, and 2 patios in addition to a private stonewalled grass terrace overlooking Magnolia Beach. The main floor boasts a spacious foyer leading to a large open, light filled living area known as the “Great Room” offering plenty of seating, a large flat screen TV, full size pool table, high ceilings with skylights and a gorgeous original antique fireplace. The house was beautiful. However, it is close to parking area and middle of the night vacationers can be a bit loud. Also the beach at low tide has a very unpleasant odor . Overall would recommend.

I *loved* this house so much! It was welcoming, clean, beautifully restored/updated, and I look forward to coming back. The village of Magnolia is darling and doesn't have an overrun-by-tourists feel at all. Perhaps it would have been nice to know that there's no central air (coming from Texas, I figured such a thing is standard, but I understand that it's not necessarily the case in MA), but the window units in the bedrooms at least made our sleeping hours comfortable on the hottest days. We'll return!

We *love* that you had such a great time in Magnolia! In Massachusetts, A/C is significantly less common in comparison to down south, but when winter rolls around you can be sure that everyone has a grade A heater! We look forward to serving you again!
