Two lovely Tuscan family farms in the Chianti region. One, Villa Montepetri, is a restored sixteenth-century stone farmhouse with 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, a guesthouse and swimming pool set in a beautiful garden with magnificent views of the surrounding country. The other, Le Ginestre, is a traditional country house recently renovated and furnished inside and out. Le Ginestre has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a lovely garden with an outdoor dining area and swimming pool. Both properties welcome families of all ages.

'Le Ginestre' is a beautiful single-storey villa on an estate of olive groves & vineyards with a lovely view of the church of Sant' Appiano. Recently restored and completely renovated inside, the house has been carefully furnished with new and traditional furniture. There is a large swimming pool & next to it a smaller pool for children with jacuzzi, a shaded area & an alfresco dining area with barbecue. Inside the entrance is followed by a sitting room w/ fireplace and french doors opening onto a portico, a beautiful fully equipped country kitchen with a large dining table opening into the garden, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms which break down into 3 family suites: the 1st has a double room w/bath & twin room w/bath, the 2nd has a double bedroom w/bath and twin room w/shower. The 3rd suite has its own entrances from the garden and consists of a large double bedroom with canopy bed, 2 french windows and en suite bath, while the twin room has its own bath and garden entrance as well.

Barberino Val d'Elsa is a small medieval village,the house is 1km from the village. From the house you can see San Gimignano, Certaldo and by car you can reach Florence, Siena, Volterra. You can go and visit our private cellars in the village and have wonderfull walking in the Chiantishire area. You can find in the village tennis courts, chemist, good restaurants, bank, newspapers and supermarkets.
