Two lovely Tuscan family farms in the Chianti region. One, Villa Montepetri, is a restored sixteenth-century stone farmhouse with 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, a guesthouse and swimming pool set in a beautiful garden with magnificent views of the surrounding country. The other, Le Ginestre, is a traditional country house recently renovated and furnished inside and out. Le Ginestre has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a lovely garden with an outdoor dining area and swimming pool. Both properties welcome families of all ages.

On a lovely Tuscan farm, a sixteenth-century stone farmhouse completely restored with 8 bedrooms (5 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms) and 7 full bathrooms. A beautiful garden surrounds the house, with a vine-covered pergola, a pool with a shaded seating area and a barbecue. The ground floor consists of: entrance, very large sitting room, dining room (seats 14), fully equipped eat-in kitchen, one bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom, a laundry room and cellar. The first floor consists of the master bedroom with en suite bath and large walk-in closet, two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom, as well as two more double bedrooms, one with bath en suite and one with bath across the hall. At the top level, the 'Piccionaia' is a lovely double (queen) bedroom with bathroom and an amazing view. Next to the main house, there is a guest house with private entrance, sitting room, and a large open-plan master bedroom and bath, as well as an eat-in kitchen ideal for organising meals outdoors.

Barberino Val d'Elsa is a small medieval village,the house is 1km from the village. From the house you can see San Gimignano, Certaldo and by car you can reach Florence, Siena, Volterra. You can go and visit our private cellars in the village and have wonderfull walking in the Chiantishire area. You can find in the village tennis courts, chemist, good restaurants, bank, newspapers and supermarkets.
