Can’t find a quiet get-away this summer? Can’t find a lake house for the fall? Then come to this beautiful lake property! It is all you could ever want.
Three bedrooms with views of the lake, two and ½ baths, fully furnished includes three television sets (in the master bedroom, the living room, and bedroom 2) with DirecTV. Two queen beds (one in the master and one in the guest) and two single beds in the third bedroom. A baby crib and/or a Pack-N-Play are available on request. One bath has a shower, and the second bath has a hydro-spa tub for relaxation after a long day of hiking.
In the family room are a flat screen TV with remote, DirecTV and DVD player, a gorgeous view of Lake Hartwell, and two comfy sofas to rest your weary bodies after a full day on the lake, exploring the mountains of North Georgia, or antiquing in Lavonia. Computer and wireless internet access are also available for your enjoyment or business needs.
A spacious, sky lighted kitchen with vaulted ceiling and plenty of cabinet space for a lengthy stay. Dishes, electric range/oven, a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and microwave are provided. Enjoy eating a scrumptious breakfast in the intimate breakfast nook complete with a table, 4 chairs and a bench. Kitchen is stocked with condiments (ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, tea and coffee)
Laundry room with outside access complete with a washer and dryer stocked with laundry soap and fabric softener.
If you enjoy the outdoors there is a large deck for entertaining with a grill and outdoor furniture included overlooking your secluded back yard.
Take a short walk through the quiet, wildlife filled woods to the lake for fishing, swimming, and boating (with a community boat dock).
Unlimited phone service for USA and Canada.
Pontoon boat and operator available for charter from the owner, additional boat rentals available from nearby marina.

About Richard Chalk
We are a retired couple, originally from Montreal, Canada. We lived in the Atlanta area for 16 years, and have lived on Lake Hartwell for more than 10 years since retiring. We love living on the lake, and enjoy boating, and just relaxing by the water. We have 3 children, and 5 grandchildren, and they like to visit, and enjoy boating, swimming, and tubing.

This house is located only 10 miles off Interstate 85, exit 173, near Lavonia, GA, making it convenient to visitors from Atlanta, Greenville, Gainesville, and other cities in Northeast Georgia and Northwest South Carolina. Nearby cities include Toccoa GA (10 Mi) and Anderson SC (25 Mi).
Lavonia offers shopping, churches, restaurants, and a few interesting antique shops.
Convenient to Outlet Malls near Commerce, GA
Boat rentals are available at the local marina, only about 12 miles away.
Tugalo State Park is only about 6 miles away, and has a beautiful public beach, and a playground for children.
We offer concierge shopping service. Just send us a list of the supplies you will need, and they will be purchased for you, and on-hand at the house when you arrive. The cost of this service is 10% added to the cost of items purchased ($10.00 minimum)
